I've had to reset my password twice in the last 24 hours because it REFUSES to take my password, which I know I'm putting in right. I also haven't been able to log in using my fingerprint in over a year, constantly says "authentication required" yet when Ive tried looking at all the settings, both in app and on the website, there is no way to verify anything. Honestly thinking about switching banks just because of the headache this app gives me. I'd go on, but there's a character limit.

Giving this a 3 star due to the convenience of being able to check my account. I am continually having to "register"my device and info. It will keep my info logged for a few days then all of a sudden i check my acct and I have to go theu the whole process yet again. I have made sure my app is up to date and all necessary info is logged and checked but it still does it.

This app had been working great right up until this morning. Usually, when I opened the app, my username ID would already be typed in because I clicked on the button that saved it for when I logged in again. All I would have to do was type in my password and get the information I needed. This morning I open the app and my username is no longer there, and I can't remember what it even was, and now I have to call them just to get it sorted out. One star.

Always have in login trouble. Whether it be the constant Authentication required" popup, not saving login info, not being able to use fingerprint scanner, or not having the right phone number tied to my bank information, there is always something.

This app has to be re instated over and over and over. Works awhile . Maybe 2 weeks or less. Then doesn't recognize finger print sign on and has to be done again. I have notified bank but only instruction is to reapply again.

Not sure what is going on with the app but I use to be able to use the fingerprint button but can't now. It's also not saving my login ID and having to wait for security code and enter in information as if I just set up the account every time I check my balance really annoyed with this.

I've had this app forever Recently when I click on the app it just shows a white screen. Finally after 2 weeks of this I deleted then re downloaded the app. Worked the first time I used it after re downloading it and now we are back to a white screen. It is very frustrating.

This is one of the worst banking apps there is. Signing on shouldn't be such a hassle. You have to jump through tons of hoops if you forget your password and the finger print login only works 5% of the time. I would recommend that you transfer to a different bank, this one has no clue how to make an app in the 21 century.

Terrible!!! When I tap on the widget it won't ever open. Sometimes I have to go through my Google Play Store, tap open there and sometimes it'll work, most of the time it don't and this is the only way I can deposit checks and transfer money online.

Login is horrible. I have to verify my phone number every time, I have to reenter my username&password every time even tho I've told it to save them

It never saves my password despite having no features that would make someone having access to my phone worrisome, and now that it has once again locked me out I can't even tell whether I have enough money to pay for the medical emergency I'm currently having.

This is actually a one star app I cant access any apps besides fb and fb messenger for some reason I tried to make online purchases for my home business it declined my card and froze my phone in the process of submitting Walmart tried taking payment three times bc my phone kept going back witch showed as a ghost order in there system buy now I'm starting to think it's my phone and it all started when downloaded this app

Constantly makes me re-enter my login info when it's supposed to do fingerprint it'll say authentication required. They really need to update and fix that issue.

This app has been a pain with constantly treating all my information and making me re-inroll in online banking to now wanting an update that isn't there. If it had not been for the rapid response from the local branch when my account was compromised I would of changed banks based on this app alone.

This app is terrible. It constantly tells me that my username and password are wrong. The fingerprint login doesn't work. My account is all online and if I can't access it what's the point? Will probably change banks.

It will not save any login information, makes you verify by text everytime you log in, shuts off the finger print login on its own. Would be great if you fixed those things

Terrible to sign in, no ability to see what your password is, mess up three times and you are locked out for 24 hour's. Keyboard won't hold capitals or symbols more than a second.

This app always has errors. You can either never log into to it or the system is always down. Its so difficult just to see you account activity let alone the balance.

Constantly makes me put in my username, no matter if it says save it or not. Will not let me use my fingerprint. HORRIBLE app, wish they would fix it!

The latest update crashed my app. I've had it for 6+ years, this is the first time I've had any issues. Please fix. It took it from 5 star, down to 1.

Great app but the last few months the app will not save my log-in info and makes me do a security code everytime I log in. Won't even let me do the fingerprint. Thinking of reinstalling.

I've tried 3 times to log in to my account and it tells me to update the app, but there's no update to be found. I've even tried re-downloading the app, but I get the same screen.

Does not work right and constantly having to re-enter info. Does not save info. Needs fixed and overhauled.

On line program not worth a darn. Get locks out 2 many attempts. I was in my account yesterday now locked out. It's a pain to use. @@!!!@+××

its a well kept app. I have a CC through the branch though and have to log into a seperate website to view the balance. Does anyone know if there is a separate app for it or if i can get to it throught is one?

It worked perfectly for several years now keep getting white screen. Please fix this is annoying and I loved this app

When the app works it's great! But mostly I have to force it to quit and a lot of the time it doesn't like my password...
