This is perfect. It allows me access to my medical records and helps me keep track when stuff is done I love being able to check in when I get there and avoid the lines. I get appointment reminders and my lab and test results at My fingertips. I strongly believe that people should know what is going on with their personal health and work with their doctors. Plus, this app allows me to provide important medical info to outside doctors

App worked great for a week and now that I need access in my chart for lab results, the app says there is an update that needs to be installed and won't go any further. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still get the same error. Useless app until it is fixed.

The app is very compatable with my phone & is quick & easy to understand. Problem is it's timely to fill out initially & covers lots of personal medical info for professional care takers.

I love this App! I can check anything I have done through the Baptist Hospital network. The only down side is it doesn't connect with all of the other clinics or hospitals that seem to be in the same network. Not sure if there is something I have to do to get them to communicate but I'm very happy with what I do have available as well.

Its very informative as far as each visit was concerned, and has reminders for future visits. Also helps you keep up with vaccines, any blood work done or needing to be done, and info on any meds prescribed.

I can log in online my phone saves passwords, even changed the password and am still having trouble logging in on the app.

Why have an app for downloading that does not work. Never once have I been able to log in as it has only ever told me to update. Can y'all help me understand how to update something that has no damn update option?

Wants identifying information I don't won't comprised. Reconfigure for a safer process to gain access to the app.

I was signed in and put my credit card number in, but it would not go any further. I got out, then it would not take my username or password.

The app no longer lets me login. It says there is an update that I need to download but I can't find any update.

It would likely work if data was updated and Doctors and staff used it....

Unable to Access MyChart from a Android system Cellphone with assistance from Baptist Health representative at Little Rock.

App is not letting me login it says there's a newer version. But there is no newer version to be found.

It's Awesome when you get a message from your nurse asking how your feeling, and gives you results from a procedure that I'd been waiting for. I would absolutely recommend My Baptist Health Chart To Any Baptist Patient. Way To Go Keep All The Awesomeness Coming
