App writers need to try using their own product! There is this cute little chat icon and message box in case you have questions - in the MIDDLE of the screen. It covers the buttons you want to use, and there is no way to turn it off. Doesn't anyone care about user experience? It is completely annoying for those of us who don't need to chat.

The manual process of this app to get anything done, sign up, etc is awful. If i want to sign up for a portal and you require me to do so, then make it completely elwctronic and not need forms completed for proxy accounts

Do not like that it does not give you the address of the appointment that you are going it used to have it before they changed it up and that really sucks I wish they would have it the old way where it would give you the location

Difficult app to install. Had problems with filling out application as it would not accept some information. Only need this app to retrieve test results. Easier to call the office. Poor setup!!

Hate it! It's not compatible with my phone, and now there is no access to the patient portal via the web on a mobile device. Absolutely not a solution, just another problem.

Horrible! It will not even let me create an account! The 'Enroll' button does absolutely nothing. This needs a lot of work done!

Just as easy to use a browser. All this app does is take up storage space on your mobil device

Not so much the app itself but it takes way longer to get an appointment thru the portal than it does just calling. I wait days if not a solid week before I get a response sometimes.

The app is clumsy and not very intuitive. I'd have given it 1 or 2 stars, but I need the portal and the web version is even worse.

you write to the doctor and it takes too long to load and never gets sent, the page gets stuck in the loop. very frustrating

Haven't been able to enter to use it. Never received emails from them.

I had no problems up until now, I'm trying to log in like I always do and all I get is a loading circle. Aggravating 😡

My doctor previously used the follow my health app. this app is so much more cumbersome. the information is much harder to find.

Terrible. I tried to sign up and filled out the info 4 time but when I hit enroll it does nothing

this is nit u user friendly ..i have used others and they are much easier . mu operation notes are not even there

Easy to use portal. You can make an appointment check in with Doctors. Reorder what you need.

If you want to die go here. They do not respect advanced directive even when they are filed with state registry. They won't wait and hour and a half for someone to say goodbye. Irresponsible you email them an it takes a week for a response. My mom goes to the same clinic and was told to leave after she was told to go in.

The hospital wanted me to create my son a portal so I could access his test results. You can't create an account for children. So how am I supposed to get my sons test results?

Would give 5 stars if the app actually worked. Love Baystate but this patient portal thing seems more like a nightmare while we wait for the "update"
