MyBCH is Boulder Community Health's secure online connection to your health care team and important information from your electronic health record — available 24/7 on your computer, tablet or smartphone. MyBCH gives you the ability to access your test results, manage your appointments, pay your bill, check-in online, request prescription refills and much more. This app also connects you to BCH services such as lab tests and imaging along with the ability to communicate with your primary care provider and multiple specialists including cardiologists, internal medicine and more.

BSW apparently does not care about securing your data. There is no 2FA — that's pathetic for an app that provides access to our most personal info. Epic provides this functionality, but BSW does not enable it. There's no reason to not enable this on the site and in the app. Also, video link does not always work.
