You can do everything through the app, which is a big time saver. Although not about the app., two major negative thing's about the prepaid service are the fixed top-up option amounts. We should be able to top up any amount we'd like to that day. Data plans are expensive, $30 for 1gb a month. If at the end of the month before the plans refresh, you're a bit short on data; they only offer a few very expensive options. $10 for 100mb's or $50 for 500mb. That's between $50-100=GB. (Prices are+ now)

Cannot answer incoming calls unless all other apps are closed. If I am in another app on my phone It rings and I can see the incoming call but cannotanswer. I try to answer the call but I cannot hear the caller and the caller cannot hear me. My only option is to call them back. Time wasting, inefficient and frustrating. Other than that I like dealing with Bell and have been with them for over 20 years. Please fix this.

This app is pure garbage. Kept telling me for the past YEAR that I couldn't update the app. Couldn't even access it on the app store or open up the app cuz it kept saying "server error, try again later". Well I've been trying for a full year and nothing. I was finally able to update this app after factory reseting my phone, and opening up the app while not connected to wifi. Bell, you gotta fix this app cuz when it's broken, it's VERY broken. I'd give zero stars if it were possible. Pure garbage

This application has been useless for the last 3 months. No updated billing cycles for example; pervious bill still shows and current bill is unavailable. This is unacceptable, as Businesses expect bills to be paid on time. Tis application neglects to update information accordingly to need the needs of customers as well as a Bell itself. Fix the problem please.

The app is subpar It's good for what it does but Bell has over charged us many times and it's pretty annoying at this point and a waste of my time to correct it. for the app sake it's a bit difficult to figure out the layout. making payments is easy tho.

When you don't give us an option to type the amount that we want to top-up and force us to choose from fixed amounts, that is called Theft ... But this is not your fault, it is the fault of the government who does not regulate such monopoly. I lived in what you call third world countries, and i saw better mobile services, and their sim cards work internationally, with better and LOT CHEAPER packages!

I have never been able to use this app. I don't know why I even still have it on my phone because no matter what it will not allow me to log into my account. I have tried countless different methods including but not limited to resetting passwords to no avail. Fix your app or remove it all together, Bell.

Good for a lot of nothing. Bills don't load, there's no usage details, and it says 'session expired' every time I try and make a payment. Can we maybe invest some of our overpriced monthly fees into app development next time?

The app is useless. The Usage button doesn't show up on the bottom of the screen (like in the screenshots) and I have to use the website to check for it. The web version has a lot more settings, options and a debit card option to use for top up. Please add those features from the web to the app. Otherwise the app is useless.

Horrible company, horrible support I'm currently dealing with some sending and receiving issues with bell using their sms service I contacted them over 4 times regarding the same issue, all their techs avoided the issue asking the same questions in different format over and over again. Now my carrier service (hosted by bell) is not working correctly and I'm losing business due to people not being able to call into my company.. THIS company dose not care about their customers

The app is fine to navigate, but the servers hosting the content seem to be on Antarctic toasters where any requests made will time out or come back lightly toasted. Those using the app are subject to disappointment.

Its telling me my session has timed out, due to inactivity: first of all ive been opening the app quite a bit recently and second of all: i have a mobile data bill to pay becasue if i dont it directly goes to my dad, he really wouldnt be happy. And ive got no damn clue how to fix this.

a little annoying that I have to enter my credit card info every time when it is supposed to save. other than that, fairly usable.
