If I could give a 0 I would. This company took my money for a payment when my account was closed & I got some lame excuse that I was a few hours past the time it was to be canceled. I am on disability and every penny I get I need. So the 245.00 they took from me was money I needed for bills. And I didn't have the insurance anymore so they got free money from me. The other point is they didn't cover a darn thing. What's the point of paying for health insurance when it doesn't help you?

Charged my card twice and when trying to talk to the customer service about it she tried to tell me that one of the charges was from last month but my bank and the email inside says that it's from this month so they're charging me twice and they're trying to get away with it. Definitely bringing my lawyer in on this one because it's bull.

They're charging me every month. But their app doesn't let me login and also it shows me that my username and email doesn't exist.

it does not open all the way, its one big block. i can not see all my stuff that i need to see and i can not pull up any information that im looking for ?? then it goes blank???? so is this not a real web site ??? you really need to fit it.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY INSURANCE?! App is terrible at best. The insurance offered is lackluster and pays for nothing.

I created a password, and i didnt know that i had to have a username, when i created my account, it said nothing about creating a username, but it said something about creating a new password.

This company does not provide benefits or cancel the policy when you ask them to you keep getting charges The better business bureau has them as a D minus company I spent $90 to have my bank blocked them but still got charged anyway

Worst app ever, worst insurance coverage ever, worst agents, worst customer service, worst benefits and high prices. If you ever see this brand, run.

Cant change things that representative mental have a hard time getting in touch with the benefit Department it's just a screw up app
