Consumers can view their current and previous bill information from this app .They can also download the bill in PDF format.

Payment->

Post-paid Bill Payment through mobile devices can be done from this app.

Consumption History->

Consumers can view their consumption history through this app.

Payment History->

Consumers can view their payment history through this app.

Profile Information->

Consumers can view and update their own profile information through this app.

Complaint Registration->

Consumers can register their complaints as well as view the status of their complaints through this app.

Prepaid Meter Recharge->

Consumers having prepaid meters can recharge their accounts through this app. They can also view their voucher codes by using the app.

Consumers can also use the app as a guest without having to sign in and use the following facilities-

1. Pay post paid bills
2. View post paid bill
3. Prepaid meter recharge
4. View voucher codes
5. Register for a new service connection.

Changes if required will be made available in subsequent versions.

The app needs serious development. The UI is really clunky. Also why doesn't it have a verification feature for account registration? Plus, remove or blur out the Pay Now button when the bill is paid. Also adding other regional languages would be more helpful It doesn't matter much but what the hell is that logo when the app starts? You used a terribly pixelated JPG picture as a welcome screen? The only think I liked is its response time. It's fast.

OTP based login should not be the only option as it is such a pain. Please provide pin or password login too. You don't have any private financial data, just bills. And you accept payments not send them. Paper bill is generated and reaches my home but the app still says there are no bills pending. Shouldn't your back end data be ahead of the physical bill generation process?

With this app I paid Rs. 1300/ through internet banking against my electricity bill but the amount was not credited. I confirm with my bank and they said that amount was debited from my account and credited to the billing account. But it was not shown agaist my bill. I discussed the matter with the concerned departments but they said amount was not paid even after i gave the receipt. One should be very careful while using this app for billing. I can't understand where that Rs 1300/ has gone.

Can't download and see the bill pdf file since last one or two months now. Everytime we select view bill, it shows "PDF generated to download folder" but there is no pdf file to be found in download folder. The earlier feature was good where the pdf automatically got opened. Solve the issue

Please keep auto login or 'save login credentials' option. we can not remember long consumer id. And as this app is accessed once a month only, we don't remember password too. Also, please remove that "checking for updates" in every startup. It's annoying, time consuming and useless. Google play shall notify us about any updates. Thanks.

There is no point of this app, if you tend to use UPI it shows failure, while money gets deducted while no voucher code gets printed. Happened 2wice. There is no place to complain or get any money reverted back to ur account. One type of scam. Avoid the UPI feature. UI is outdated with no real hope for any change.

This app is lack in providing latest bill details on time. Even after u recieve your electricity bill in hand this app will not show that latest bill. It takes so many days to show the updates of your latest bill. Sometimes after bill due date it shows you that bill inside the app. May be it is the fault of admin who manage data entry here inside the app.

I have used this app recently to pay my bill.The payment process was hassle free but the app failed to generate a receipt of my payment though it was shown to be successful transaction.When I searched for the receipt in the app I didn't found any though the previous months bills paid in the offline mode were showing.Even I haven't found any confirmation in my mail account which was submitted during registration process of the app. I have also mailed in the support mail, but no response. Also every time we log in to the app why should we need to enter the consumer id, for registered users it should be a simple username.So developers of the app, plz rectify these issues, otherwise a neat interface app.

These is one of the worst app I have ever seen. Whenever I tried to log in it shows "user authentication failed". It depends on luck to log in. There are so many cons in these app. U guys are hopeless. First fix your app after that encourage to go for online payment.

This app needs serious repairment. I've been trying to log in to my account since yesterday but it's been constantly asking for an update despite it being up to date already. I tried uninstalling, then reinstalled it again; but all my effort proved futile. Frustrated, now I've provisionally uninstalled the app. Software engineers behind this app should pay attention to this issue and fix it as soon as possible.

Dear developer you need update this app for best facilities provide us (APDCL customers) Because since 30 days it's not working properly. For example billing copy is not downloading. ( Suggestion for Developer ) ** I think you need to add more options. Example :[ without login how we can download Last Bill Payment Receipt ] I gave you just one example but it's not sufficient.

There is a great confusion in metre reading. Previous metre was simple which was showing only reading.but new technologies button pressing to find out reading is not possible to all .metre reading depends on honesty of bill maker .we believ and pay.

Sorry but this app is so damn problematic. Server is ALWAYS down. Password can't be changed. I tired to use the guest user log in even that doesn't work. Neither does the online portal work. Fix it please. What's the use of online facilities if it's not going to work anyway?

Very disappointed after using this app. Earlier i used to pay bills using Amazon pay but last month I decided to pay the bill using this app for the first time. According to the app the payment was successful but according to my latest electricity bill the previous bill that i paid using this app is not present in the system. This app even shows that the payment receipt is available but i can neither view it nor download it and the app stops working. Hope the developers will soon fix it.

Pathetic. Even though the installed app is of latest version, it keeps on showing the message that the app needs to be updated and takes to Play store. Ultimately, the app has become unusable.

When i tried to login in myBijulee app from my smartphone it shows "Checking latest verson from playstore" and then in my smartphone screen it appears "A new verson of myBijulee is available.Please update to verson 1.7 now"..... After this message got from the app when I click on update and go to playstore there is no option for update.... In Playstore myBijulee app shows only two options "Uninstall" and "Open" options.... So I kindly request you to resolve this problem....

Lackadaisical attitudes toward the app...not updating it regularly...not updating the latest bill promptly...once an user installed the app, it should have ask only for the password to open it but not repeatedly the account no. which is ridiculous...etc. etc.

My app version is already update to 1.8 , but whenever i open it is still saying to update the app. I tried unstalling and reinstalling the app from playstore. I tried clear data and clear chache. But nothing works. What a waste app. No... No .... App is not waste. The developers of the app are worst. I thikn they became app developer through reservation quota.

Consumer no. has been change from this month, unable to log in with the new consumer no. and pay bills (it says failed to fetch details). Though able to log in with the old consumer no., but it shows no outstanding dues. APDCL & its mybijulee app lacks the customer centric approach and changes consumer nos without addressing the impact it may have on the consumers. Very poor approach.

Can't open the app. When try to open it shows a new version 1.8 available. The app stops working and ask for update but when goes to play store update option is not shown, only uninstall and open options are shown.

On 20th Nov, I had written to solve the problem of registering changed consumer number in MyBijulee app. This problem is solved but a new problem has appeared. After attempting download the bill does not shows in the download folder after saying downloaded the bill. In website only current bill can be downloaded. Unable to get older bills in web site. Resolve so that viewed bills can be downloaded in MyBijulee app. Sanjay Sharma

This apps is made by unexperienced software engineer. After it work for some months it stops working and ask for updates in play store.But updates option is not available in the play store. It needs to be improved by some experience software engineer.

Bill details and payment methods are working fine but payment details page always crashes if we try to download the pdf file. User profile couldn't be updated. Please fix the bugs.
