Worst customer support. Chat option doesn't tell how long should I wait. If I switch back window I will have to start from beginning. Very frustrating. Same issue with message option. If I switch window to collect more info to put on message, it will clear out everything and have to start from beginning. If you call customer support, they will put you on hold for several minutes for a simple question. May be i will move to another provider next time.

Can't take screenshot of insurance card. Can't save it to a file either. Very inconvenient if a doctor asks for a copy of your insurance card.

The app would not allow me save or take screenshot of insurance card, extremely frustrating. That was the only reason I downloaded the app, so for that reason it is pretty useless.

Update: after they responded to my review I was able to go in and use the features I hadn't been able to use before. Happy with this now. Every time I look up a service or specialty and click on it, it takes me to a blank screen. When I click back it closes the whole app. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the app... It makes the app useless to me.

This app is terrible. I was looking for doctors and this app gave me either the wrong number for their office, or a name of a doctor that doesn't even work at that facility.

The app wouldn't let me look up any treatment. Every time I try, it takes me to the communication preferences screen and when I choose my preference and try to save it, it says 'Something went wrong'. This keeps happening in an infinite loop.

Searching and filtering doctors/ medical facilities wasn't too user friendly. I wanted a female provider in family practice and I had to use several other apps and websites to research providers. This can definitely be improved.

Great app but it asks me every time to get a text message pin for security after log in, so annoying! Also it asks me if I want to use biometrics but if I click 'ok' the app closes and I have to go back through the login and text message security pin flow. Really a bummer

Absolutely Awful. DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE. We used to have our medications covered by United Health Care for what OptumRX didn't cover. Bind doesn't do that. Whatever optum RX doesn't cover you are left to foot the bill. My diabetic wife has to pay an absolutely astronomical amount for her medicine now. We are definitely going back to UHC after this year but we're stuck with it now.

When I look up a service or specialty and click on it to look up costs and coverage, it opens a blank screen. The app is completely useless.

Search is brutal. Results are dots on a tiny map that provide an address. That's it. Trying to compare doctors has been impossible. Very clunky and NOT user friendly. A painful experience so far.

I do not want emails or texts from bind. This does not stop this app from forcing me to the email sign up screen every time i click anything. I hope I never actually need to use this app in an emergency

This is a very handy app if you have health insurance through Bind. I'm able to search for providers and see how much a visit to each provider will cost, giving me more information before I decide where to go for care.

1) App does not allow screenshot. 2) You have to navigate through their menu to get contact info for the company. Why it's not in the footer or bottom of main page I don't understand.

Worst insurance app ever <3. Asks you EVERY time you log in to use a verification code. Text: you're gonna be waiting up to 30 minutes for it. Call: the code they give you just brings you back to the sign in screen.... Where they ask you to verify a code..again and again and again. Maybe after I've logged in entered all this information you can just, idk, REMEMBER ITS ME SO I DON'T HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH 18 HOOPS EVERY TIME I WANT TO GET THE BILLING INFO OFF OF MY CARD. Still waiting on my text...
