Worked beautifully up until a few weeks ago. Loved the convenience of being able to log in biometrically and instantly see my claims and other info. Now, I am just instantly kicked out and the app crashes. Very disappointing.

Does not work. I created my account and got my information for my insurance. But when I tried to log back in about a week later, it said login information was wrong. Tried to get my login information retrieved and it does not send an email even though it says it did.

The app has awful UI and I have to change my password entirely too often. Which would be OK if it let me. It says I'm entering the wrong password which I'm not due to using a password program. I try to do 'forgot' password and it makes me go all the back to the 80s to enter my birthday month by month. I am not able to manually enter my DOB. I loathe calling customer service to fix an app issue when it could be designed better in the first place. Please fix the date issue and minimum
