This app is horrible. It just doesn't work. Constantly crashing, password never recognizing. The back button doesn't work: in searching for providers there's if you hit the back button after viewing a provider it takes you right back to the first page. The UI seems reasonable enough, is only or worked.
Would not recognize any of my 3 email address as "valid". When I tried to pay my 1st premium by debit card, it prompted me to add my name/address, but wouldn't let me go further after putting in the zip. I ended up having to call the 1-800 number just to pay. Tried to look at the deductible, but it says, "An error occurred while retrieving deductibles information." Then I tried going to the "Home" screen, and I was directed to an error page with weird letters and numbers. What a nightmare!!
This app is terrible! Takes FOREVER to load. Been trying to customize it and can't get it to load after closing it out and opening it several times just to get the log in screen to load. The previous app was much more simplified and easy to get the information I needed.
Always says its experiencing technical difficulties and to check back later. I end up just going on my computer and that member portal is not great as well. Frustrating as a patient.
I keep getting "Policy not active" when I try to log onto the app. I've used biometric and password and have the same results. I can log into the website and it shows my active policy. Really hoped BCBS had a working app since my work switched to them. Guess I'll stick with the website.
So far, the one star reviews are all spot on with the issues with this application. App doesn't load any useful information. You cannot view your ID card. At least their fingerprint login works.
You have to login too many Times, doesn't remember your login info when you have the option on. Now it comes up with a Error message for the list that fits(Vertical) on my phone and won't go back to the other one that fits on tablets(Herizon)W/o restart. When you Search for a Doc by profession/speciality or procedure comes up with none in your area, but look by name it sort of works. Also if you want to know what the procedure would cost you, you get nothing. The search engine needs help!
As soon as I log in, the "homepage" shows an error that the page couldn't be loaded, and if I click on the "Go back to Home Page" link there, it takes me to the homepage for KEYSTONE, the backend company managing the database or website or something. Extremely unprofessional from a huge rich corporation like BCBS. They charge me an extra $100/mo recently, for less coverage. Where is all this money going??? Total garbage.
Doesn't work. Blue Shield app of AZ doesn't work. Crashes too. Have uninstalled, restarted phone reinstalled several times. What a waste if bandwidth & space in the universe.
Tried to create an account and it kept getting stuck on the login page. WORST APP. Seriously a waste of time. This app has so much potential but it won't even let you create an account.
App always sends me to the website where I have to constantly login as it never remembers any of my information. Very slow running and not user friendly. Very frustrating experience just to pay a bill
After I sign in it goes to a fingerprint page that only gives you two options turn on fingerprint or not now. I dont want to turn the fingerprint scanner just to use the app. Why am I being forced to do it to get to the app.l
All I wanted was a copy of my card. I keeomgetting nswitched from one page to another. Lastly I was sent to the google site inspite of the fact I have windows no problem it won't intall the software because I have windows not android. Would rate a minus 1 if possible!
The app makes you sign a new user agreement and then doesn't let you continue on the app. Also when you log in it takes you to a website and isn't actually an app. And finally many of the doctors listed as accepting new patients that I called said that they are not accepting new patients and had a 3 to 6 month period to wait for an appointment.
This app sucks. Can't pull up my ID card that contains pertinent info for medical professionals. So I can never be without my physical ID card. Defeats the purpose of the app. Also to search for a provider on the network through this app, my plan isn't even listed! Did I mention THIS APP SUCKS?!!!!
The app keeps crashing. I've tried to create an account 5 times, tries to refresh and then closes out. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!
Garbage app it has 2 menus one that says I am logged in and one that doesn't. I click some the screen goes blank and then it goes back to the weird home screen.
One of the worst apps. With such a big corporation, you would think they would devote some time to making a decent app. It hangs a lot, the claims data is not up to date nor is the doctors who are actually practicing or accepting patients. Very frustrating.
I wish I could give this NEGATIVE stars. Paying such high premiums, you'd think it wouldn't be TOO much to ask for an app that one single thing can be done on.. but nope, even logging in is not a thing, literally could not be a more useless app that this one, a complete joke, infuriating
Nothing works, can't view card, can't view plan, just a white screen if anything is clicked after signing in. I am able to find providers however.
Probably the worst app I've ever used. BCBS of AZ should be incredibly embarrassed by this app. I had to uninstall after about 3 days because it was so glitchy that it was absolutely useless.
Myblue is having the same issue. What I did is uninstall then reintalled. After when signing back into you app DO NOT use the BIOMETRICS FINGER SCANNER. Then it will work like normal
Seeing my insurance card never works. It remains in a loading status for at least 2-3 minutes then gives me an error message. Other features have a similar problem. Their website is the same thing too. Smh...
App does not work on Note 9. It takes me to the mobile site. Then, the mobile site takes me to its Terms when I choose Anything from the list, and there is nothing at the bottom to agree to the terms.
App is super slow to load, legit like dial up it's sad. No it's not my phone same issue on wifi and cellular connection.
The app is useless. Yes, you can see deductible balances but only as a whole and not for individuals on the plan.
Absolutely HORRIBLE!! Now the fingerprint sensor quit working. It's 2021 blue cross needs to hire a competent company to fix this app and bring it up to date!!
App would not let me create an account. After completing all 3 steps to set up an account, all input data was erased and I was redirected to step 1.
app. does. not. work. Set up account info steps 1-3, everything erases, back to step 1. From reading past reviews this has NOT been fixed since users had this problem last year. Get a new web/app guy! (I have a samsung g8 active)
I've had this app for over a year now and recently it has taken a nose dive. It never recognizes my password so have to reset it every time but I use the same password for each reset and still it won't work the next time I sign in. I hope that the people who have made the app are reading the reviews and trying to fix these issues. Peoples insurance is not something to mess with.
