I would give 0 stars if I could! Beware of paying on the app. I paid 1 bill(the first one after downloading) on the app and 2 months later I just had to pay a collection agency because my payment was NOT accepted and returned. I just got the refund following a email. I had no reason to believe it wasn't paid. I thought this was a wonderful idea. I was completely wrong. I hope no one else has this issue. Please check with your billing provider before checking it off.

Update: Changing previous review on 10/10/2020 from one star to five. The app now lets me log in (where previously it would only spin at the login screen), and I am able to see all the useful information I would expect to find on the website without any issues. The app now works as intended.

It doesn't work. It's just like I read in the comments; the progress indicator just spins and spins. Nothing happens. I cannot even type my login information into the username and password fields. Looks like a bunch really great stuff locked away.

Terrible app. Login is frequently broken, and the information available in the app is not complete. For the login issue, I have cleared cache/data and reinstalled to no effect. Other BCBS division apps have been great for me in the past, but this one sets the bar at a new low.

Not able to log on... Its Been almost 6 months that I've had the app... It's extremely disappointing! I'm not sure if this app has anything cause I haven't been able to log on! Period! Let me know when y'all resolve this issue. Appreciate the mail sent to me about this.. but won't clog up my phone with a useless app...

Latest update prevents login (just a constant loading circle after entering password). Have to go to phone settings to force close the app and then clear its storage. Only then will it allow login... *once*. Very frustrating when trying to access needed features during a medical situation.

Used to work great, now you're lucky to get past the login page. Spins and spins and spins. If you do get in, extremely slow. Why haven't they fixed this? I came to the Play Store to check for an update. Nothing.....but there were lots of very similar reviews. Now, again, why is this not fixed?

Stuck on log in screen! Just keep getting a loading icon. But it never loads. Super annoying. Its been months and this still isn't fixed. Ive tried to delete the app and reinstall multiple times. Still nothing!

App no longer works!! I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and every time I try to log in I get the msg "Your app is out of date", I click Upgrade and there's no additional updates!! (I am using a Galaxy S9 so I highly doubt it is my phone that's the problem.)

UPDATE**** I followed the instructions that were posted here but they did not work. I did them twice. I finally went in and cleared cache and did a Force Stop on the app and it finally worked. Can't log in. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and still can't log in. pretty much a useless app until it's fixed. Sad because I used it frequently.

Update- 2021 Can't log in at all on app. Stuck on log in screen. Do not download the app. It does not work. after new update I cant sign it at all. keeps telling me I need the new update but its fully updated... I used to love this app to find doctors and store my insurance card. now I cant use it at all.

As with everyone else just spins and spins. Deleting this and never looking back. Also, this IS a reflection of BCBST and as such I will also start looking for a new insurance provider for health benefits. Having an app that does not function says that they absolutely do not care at all about their customers. And the fact that not a single review here has gotten a developer reply reinforces my observations. 0 stars should be an option.

I previously could not log in to my account with this app. Yesterday, I did the following to fix this issue: Go to Settings>Apps>myBlueTN>Storage>Clear cache. After clearing the cache file, uninstall the myBlueTN app. Next, power off your phone, then restart your phone. Finally, reinstall the myBlueTN app. After doing this, the app should connect when you enter your login name and password.

There should be ZERO stars. Do not bother with this app. It will not log in and just says it is under maintenance. Tried clearing cache and reinstalling but it didn't work. Judging from the other reviews, this has been going on for a while. Complete waste of time and should be removed from the app store.

Well.. along with many others I also get the never ending loading circle. Seems it's been an issue for quite sometime looking at past reviews. Maybe it's time to address and fix the issue? Might be a good idea 🙂

Just downloaded the app. Said it would check by answering questions. Typed my answer in. Refused to do anything. Uninstalling. This app is is terrible! Whoever works on this app should be fired.

Would be a lot better if you could search a certain Dr. To see if in the network instead you have to scroll through countless Dr. To see if the Dr. You want to see is in the network.

App will not me sign in. "Needs upgrade." Cleared cache & data. Forced stopped, then uninstalled & reinstalled to no avail. Waste of time & storage space. So much for their "bug fix" upgrade. That made the app worse. I will not reinstall it, not worth the aggravation. I fI could give this app negative stars, it would negative 5 stars.

I cant even get logged in to the app. I use my fingerprint and I use my login credentials and it only gives the spinning indicator. Hoping for an update soon, otherwise I'm going to delete it.

This app never works at all. Completely worthless. A big company like blue Cross should have a usable app. They don't even have to come up with it themselves since there are so many companies that make apps for these big companies. Going to have to wait till a weekday to find a dentist that is in network. Wait, isn't that what the app is for? 🤔
