App works really well, although, you need to go into App settings and enable location and phone permissions for MyBluesky. When first installed it doesnt prompt you for those permissions. Other than that bug the app is easy and convenient to use. Better than dialing *888# and going through the motions. Def recommend as it doesnt use much space either. Malo lava Bluesky
Talofa Bluesky team, please review why the app doesn't work on certain phones. I'm not giving this one star because on my other phone it worked perfectly! I have a Motorola phone now and it doesn't work at all. I'm having the same problem as everyone else with the error messages etc. Please fix! otherwise, mālō lava with putting this app out. It definitely works so seamlessly when it does!
App is horrible does not work on my Huawei Nova 2 dual sim. It only works if I take 1 sim out. Many good offers only available via app, get it together Bluesky. Very annoying please fix bugs, there have been no updates for near on 2 years. Shocking service considering the overly huge profit they make off their customers. 😠😠😠
Keep getting an Error msg saying it cannot retrieve my data information even when location and phone access was enabled. A really convenient app when it was functioning. Would have liked to keep using it.
I have just changed phones to a S8+ and this app doesn't work. Have installed and uninstalled three times with same result. It worked fine on my S6. Uninstalling again to save phone space.
I have a samsung note 9.. This app doesnt work, wont open. Cant top up or anything via this app. We also purchased 1G for two other phones, thats a total of 2G for both phones but doesnt work and App doesnt work on their phones either..
cannot load this app as it just says that it cannot log my details and STOPS!! HOW DO WE TOP UP EXTRA DATA IF WE CAN'T ACCESS THE APP?? Your team should be open about this at the purchasing of the SIM etc... it's not clear at all at the start...and the data of 4G lasted 5 days not the 14 days which it is available for so goes to show how not well that was estimated by Bluesky...and now how do I top up if the app is useless?????
Bluesky charges 200 dollars per gig if allocation exceeded on post paid account s. The refresh button on the app does not work....I have seen a delayed email that the cap has been reached and by that time it is too late......Why are we being punished to use the system? uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted and does not work at all now
Can't even open the app it keeps coming up as an error occurred we cannot get your data. I have installed & uninstalled multiple times as well.
TO FIX THE APP... Give it Location and Phone permissions (The app does not ask for these permissions). Go to Settings -> Apps and Notifications -> My Bluesky -> Permissions and turn on Location and Phone. Now kill and restart the app (or reboot your phone). It will then work.
Has never worked on my dual phone. The Digi app works fine like a charm but not BS app tho have set ph to use BS data. Says error, retry, cannot get data. Pls fix.
Hi, I would always be using this app on my other phones but ever since I upgraded to a newer phone this app doesn't support my phone. It would not only satisfy me but also the other customers who used to use the app or want to use the app. Please fix this issue, thanks!

This app does not work at all, tried uninstalling it and downloading it again but still won't work. Also reached out to the company Bluesky, but the problem stilk remains the same. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
This app doesnt work on my phone with dual sim...already switched to both slots and still doesnt work..needs to be upgraded..used it before on mg other phones and it was working perfectly until now
Easy to Use. Worked well w iPhone, then had S8+ and Tab A which the app didn't work on. Read Scott C's recommendation to fix, and now works perfect on both Android Systems. Recommend y'all check out Scott's fix in reviews!

Worked last year but, since arriving back in Raro this year, it no longer works. Have reinstalled to no avail..worked with my LG G6 but not with the LG G7Thinq...solutions please? Update...helped by developers - now works fine..!
It was working perfectly and then it stopped😩 I have tried, uninstalling and reinstalling and allow permission but it still won't work!
Terrible app. Have an S10 with heaps of space, and it won't work. VERY unhelpful. Bluesky needs to get its act together.
Disappointing. Downloaded the app and does not do anything at all. Second time and still says error occured.

Got a new phone (Samsung Galaxy A30) and app doesnt work. Have uninstalled & installed again and still nothing.🙄 Worked fine on my old samsumg note 3. 🙄

Undeniably! freakinly! disappointing😠 😠😠😠infuriating 😠😠😠 useless app! Multiple times installed and uninstalled hoping it will work... Such a waste of time! deserve no star at all!
Very useful app. So convenient and easy to use. That was before I upgraded. Worked fine with S series n J series but when I tried with A80, not even allowing location etc worked. Would really appreciate it if this was fixed because the *888# is not only time consuming especially when you have to dial it again if you change your mind about something the app also tells us when our bundles will expire.
