I have a hard time opening the app and when it does I have no access to my saving account... It's been more than 2 weeks now. The customer service is not really helpful. As a new user I'm pretty disappointed. Update: It's been 3 months now that I am on BoA and I must admit that the service is worse than expected. I downgraded the note to 1 star.. At least, I still have access to my check account. I just can't understand how an update can last 3 months without any feedback...

The app works fine on Android but has a lot of issues on Iphone. Recently I have changed phoe from Android to Iphone and I'm unable to use it. I was oblige to come back to Android. The issue is that the app closes on itself when you try to open it on Iphone. It does not give you enough time to login before closing. I'm talking about Iphone 7 plus, I don't know for the other models. Please review this.

App is unreliable. I keep getting a "Failed to connect to the server" error (my internet is working fine). Worst is how the bank advertises it as a feature.

It would be the best app if it be used when you change another phone 📱 to use. Coz I can't use one phone for many years remember phones can get spoilt, stolen therefore make a review on that issue. But thanks

Serious ur internet banking services and apps are always off. Come on we need a reliable system. Otherwise its us ir customers who lose and get incovinienced. I wish u can work on ur system and it works without disruptions Am totally fed of ur e-systems and mobile banking. Its like u are coniving with telecom companies to take our money without any service.

Thank you for this first steps. Please inclue all services we know as at others Mobile Banking App. Bank to Wallet is know more than necessary. Buy Airtime, Send money or receive Money from Money Mobile, Paying Services, Etc. Thank you.
