Worst bank app ever, i would not recommend to pay every month for it. It looks like is from the last century. Only things you can do is to see your account balance and last transaction. I tried to make a transfer but the app crushed, is really annoying when you need to pay a bill. You can't see your transaction history for more than 1 month. You can't see how much you need to pay if you have a loan, the bank is constantly taking money from my account for different services i am not using
Worst app ever. Can't make any online payments because it just doesn't work. Every time you call, they're fixing the issue. It has been months now. Considering the amount of money they're making, they could at least invest in the present (they are far far far away from investing in the future), and at least try to have if not an up to date app, but at least an old app that works. I've been with this back for over 10 years now, and this happening again just changed my mind to switch. Ty.
I cannot find anything useful in this app... The menu is so badly designed. Transaction history and filters are just bad. The iban can not be copied only via share button which copies "user text and some other stuff " and after it the iban. The first page spams you to set the account limit or whatever it is for that stupid clock until you set it. This app looks like it was designed as a highschool project and implemented by students.
Constantly crashing in Android 10. I get the login screen and that's it. Tapping on any login options crashes the up. Reinstalling it doesn't fix the problem. Otherwise, poor design, poor user experience. As other mentioned, you should take a look at Revolut / TransferWise apps.
Edit: it seems the problem was from the Google services. Once updated most apps started working correctly! I give 3 stars because the app still misses many modern features such as NFC pay, a breakdown of current payments etc. It doesn't work anymore. The app crashes instantly on start-up. This has been happening for a few days now and it should be fixed! I can't see my balance, can't sign any transaction, can't even login on the web interface because EVEN that requires this stupid app..
I'm sorry but this app is garbage. Aside from the unbelievably cumbersome and uselessly complicated procedure to register and start using the app, it simply doesn't work 3 out of 4 times. I go to log in and it returns "communication error". Biometrics almost never work and sometimes it doesn't even give me the option to use finger print authentication, it just forces me to use the PIN . Please improve...
Not worth the money, poorly built app, you have to go to the bank to login your account which I find very stupid,
I hate this app. Transaction history is never available, when i pay something IF i get the notification it's 2-3 days after the payment.. enough time to forget I bought something and panic that someone stole my card. The app looks cheap and it's filled with bugs. I wouldnt recommend this app or bank to anyone. :( FFS, EVEN SODEXO HAS A BETTER APP!!
After a android update ( security patch ) my brd app lost all it's setting. My fingerprint, my pin, needed to reset all in order to use it again. Very useful. Later edit: this app is trash. every time you update, hard reset phone or change the phone you need to contact brd support to get that annoying pin.
It looks like the bank wants you to hate this app. 1. To login via computer you need this app. To get this app you need to go to the bank and receive a code for it. 2. Historical transactions are a mess. In the app some of the transactions were missing. 3. Want to change the sorting order of accounts? Too bad, you need to login via computer to do that but you still need your phone to do that. 4. The ui looks like Windows 98 and acts like it. This is literal trash.
Doesn't work half the time, payments notifications appear after DAYS since the transaction was made, extremely poor performance, app design and layout. The only thing it does great is show you your balance, that's it.
After I replaced my old broken phone, I went to the bank to activate my user on the app. Everything worked perfectly the first evening. Next day, trying to open a notification from it, "comm. error". I called them, they made me reinstall it three times, but the problem persists, now they actually try to convince me noone else had this error so it's not the app, is actually my fault. Now, I have no mobile banking and no internet banking. Like the stone age. I'll close my accounts next week.
I have tried to make an online payment and it does not work anymore. It says on the web form to authenticate in the mobile app, but nothing happens. I pay 3 and something euro a month for a useless app. It has no features, tried to pay my electricity bill using the app, the only company that shows in the list is some insurance company. Why do I even need this junk anyway? Edit: Ok, looks like the services were in maintenance but I had to check Facebook for that info Nope, tried the next morning, still does not work
With the latest update, the app keeps coming up with an error saying AN510000 so I cannot access my account at all. I'm using an Android 10 phone, but until now I didn't have any issues similar to this one. I have always been able to access my account at least
I don't receive notifications anymore, for whatever reasons. If I uninstall the app, I need to get to the bank to re-activate it. Does not offer a lot of options. Not the best app but some features are usefull (e.g. pay bills).
Worst banking application in Romania. Fingerprint authentication works from time to time. The authentication for payment hardly works . And sometimes the application doesn't work at all. If it is a service that you have to pay for, than I recommend not to request the service.
Tapping on the notification screen for payment confirmation does nothing. Also no option in App main screen to select a payment and authorize it. It worked fine initially but stopped since the last update (12 Jan 2021). Major Bug
The authentic banking experience from about 5 years ago. Little to nothing has changed in terms of features (NFC? NFC what?) and it's functionally bad. There's no service status page, the Devs are sluggish to update and often bugged versions will remain valid for a few weeks. Also their support team is bad. If you can choose between the BRD services and something else, I urge you to reconsider.
Completely broken. Tried on 3 separate occasions to get this app to work, registered my device on mybrd, followed all the steps, got a confirmation of the activation, when i try to login the app with my pin it says "login failed". No details, no troubleshoot.
useless app most of the time i got communication error on v2.17 . on android 4.2 is sluggish and sometimes freeze phone with black screen. on reinstall u have to make a trip to bank to activate mobile token this just defeat the purpose of an mobile app. i think i just give up on trying to make use of this and maybe try an other service
It is a really bad app. Tedious efforts need to be made to make it work. For a minute. Then it doesn't work again. Not even registering a new phone cannot be made without 7 trials. Conclusion: the app is as bad as the bank.
Nice app. I've been using it for years and it's really ok. Only, in the last time, i noticed that, using a dark theme, the menus are written in white over grey, difficult to read.
Still not working with Android 10 after October 2019 update. It's been 1 month with this service (which is a paid service) not functional. Please fix. (Fixed but still issues with UI - rendering)
Do not recomand this app or banking! Poor service client. If you have a credit you need to go to the bank if you want to pay it back full. Cannot see the status of your cards in the app. Bad Interface.
Very slow response time. I have to waut 5 seconds each time I'm changing tabs. Also, at this moment the app is not even working. I've tried all day to log in and it says data error and try again.
Works well, gets the job done, except when paying a bill. My client code for some bills contain a dot "." and because of that, the app says there is an error for my client code ("Client code field type error."). Because of this, I can't pay my bill. EDIT 2021.06.15: This issue is fixed now
Doesn't work since yesterday, when it works is slow and not intuitive, Doesn't even send you a notification when you receive money. Incompetent programmer's!
Maybe wanna check the Instant Top Up page to see what a mess. I'm trying to add money the account and terms and conditions error appears, but no were to select them. Do you mind solving this issue?
App has multiple lags during the day, sometimes does not load information when using wi-fi, it's really difficult to find information, sometimes when a certain sum is on hold it does not show the sum as being taken from the account. Another annoying factor is that you need to go to the bank to activate the app in an age where people change their phones once q year, it's ridiculous! The only good part is that it's a mobile banking app... that's it.
