Great app, very convenient. However, since the recent update (12/14ish), it has not worked on my Samsung phone anymore. It freezes when I try to access it. I've Uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It's been unavailable for over a week now. Sadly, I've really needed it to communicate with my doctor about my heart issues. Very inconvenient time to stop working. Will give it one more try. Then Uninstalling for good.

I like the app because I have access to my medical records and tests. What I'm disappointed in, is the inability to make payments on this app. It is very frustrating to enter a your payment information but then do not have the option to continue or submit. Something is very wrong when your only option is to cancel or go back. Of course, if you go back all your payment info is removed and the Circle starts a over again. I have reported this on several occasions to billing to no avail.

The app is very polished-looking. Unfortunately, simple usability problems make it clunky. An example: test results are only accessed via a tile, which says "0 new test results", which obscures that all of the OLD results are accessed there. When I am looking for a measurement & can't recall which test included it, I'm opening one test, looking through it, then closing that test, after which I must open the list again (from that tile). Let me navigate the hierarchy intuitively, please!

Very handy to stay up to date on appointments, test results, billing. App is fairly intuitive and easy to install. Messaging your doc a big plus! Updates constantly: while making a follow up appt at eye doc, my app messages me that I had a new appt! If you visit more that one a year and/or manage ongoing conditions, i definitely recommend this app

The only issue I am currently experiencing is when I log out and close the app, it will keep popping up. It will do this constantly, while in other apps & even during phone calls. Only way to stop it is turn off my phone. Love being able to navigate through other accounts, pay my bill, and communicate with doctors... but some doctors seem to fall off my list even when still seeing them.

Has not worked properly since the last update, and yesterday it nearly crashed my entire phone. I could not even get my phone to turn off. Please fix this. Eventually, i established some responsiveness and figured out it was this app causing the systemic failure. I eliminated the app and fixed the issue with my phone. Prior to the update this app had been a rocket ship for me. 😕

Tried to login and the app wouldn't recognize my username or password. Both were typed correctly for my account. Tech support could not help. There are only so many times they can reset my password before they have to realize that "hey, maybe there is something wrong with the app". Then I scroll down the list of comments here and see I'm not the only one.

This app is very user friendly and very informative about my appointments, test results, etc. It helps to make the entire appointment process easier. I love the e-check-in option. It is especially appreciated during this COVID-19 crisis because it lessens the need for physical contact while somewhat maintaining good srandard of care.

I've been using this app for a while and it works well. I'm able to see a list of doctors with appointments, including video visits, and never have to go to the website anymore. One of the features I really like is that I can go get results after my appointment. Others are commenting about sometimes being unable to get the app to work, etc. but none of those things have happened to me.

This app almost never works fully. It's glitchy and slow. I cant view my info from appointments because it wont load and sends up an error flag This app has potential to be awesome, but... Has a long way to go. It would be incredibly usefull to have place to add additional doctors outside of BSW. I have to see so many doctors, I cant keep them all straight. The biggest issue with my treatment over the years is that none of my doctors are communicating with each other. It would help.

Love the accessibility and ease of this app... I am editing my initial review due to the many issues I have been experiencing lately. I am somewhat glad to see that otherwise who have given reviews lately are experiencing many of the same issues that I am experiencing due to updates or changes made. It seems that accessibility has become challenging especially this month (March 2021) I am not as pleased with the app as I was previously.

This is by far the best app. However 2 suggestions. 1. There is no way to retain a selected profile. E.g. I have my profile & my sons profile. I wish there was a way to select my sons profile and review all the details. 2. There is no way to save after visit summary. I know I can capture screen shots but had there been a way to save as pdf it would have been easier.

Log-in does not work great. When navigating and hitting back one time, it goes all the way out to the login screen (but doesn't let me log in). To get back to my message, I have to go back to my email notification and click the link again to get popped back into the app in a useful place.

Did an e-visit through the app and asked for text messages for a response. Got both an email and a text saying that a treatment plan was ready but it's not showing up on the app! There is obviously a syncing issue with the web platform vs the app. 10 minutes later and still nothing. Forced to go on another computer to log in via the website as any attempt to go on the website through my phone gets kicked to the app. Not good...

i liked the my chart app better. I much prefer being able to just switch to my son's information and have it all together, not open to my info, go to messages or what ever section then choose his or mine. it's just not intuitive and feels clunky. i still get notices from the my chart app, but can no longer access my s/w info with it, which is also annoying. I can't view my minor son's billing or pay his bills in it, either. I've given feedback to the link in the response, but nothing has changed

I absolutely HATE that when i try to click accept, or log in, or a variety of buttons on their app, that it doesn't recognize the button has been touched. It is constantly freezing up. And the fact that S&W now seems to consider that their only form of communication with patients, is beyond frustrating.

This app could have had more stars, but ever since I had to delete it to temporarily create more room on my phone, the app refuses to be downloaded back to my phone. I desperately needed to message my doctor (because that option is what I love most about the app), but the app downloads to 100%, but then never installs. It just keeps circling around to saying 100% downloaded then starts all over again. BSW is awful about returning calls, so having the option to message your dr directly is great.

I like being able to check all of my appointments with multiple doctors and to message them. One problem: when it updates, sometimes items in my med list or health concerns disappear from my veiw. I tell the Dr & they can see it. I think onset dates for conditions are important and like to use the portal to check records. Also the format sometimes has a slight change which I have to work through. Overall it a great convenience. Wish the Baylor hospitals portal were linked. Was not in 2019.

App gives you so much info! See test results & xray info; schedule, change or cancel appts; send messages directly to doctors; electronically checkin for appts and skip waiting line; check your bill and/or make pmts; and the list goes on. Would give 5 stars if I was able to look at my sent messages. As of now, I can't see messages I've sent until I receive an answer from recipient; my message is attached to the response. In spite of that, LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!!

PLEASE FIX!!! This app almost never works! The worst thing scott and white did was create their own app just because they wanted to be special. They should have just stayed on the regular mychart app like every other hospital, it has/does the same thing but that app ALWAYS WORKED! Whats the point of an app if I constantly have to go to the website anyways because the app never works! Super irritating. Sometimes your able to sign in but NONE of the features like messageing,etc. on it will work!

It's full screen; that's annoying. The multi-patient functions are clunky. You have to navigate between each one in the separate areas (messages, appointments, etc.) rather than from the main screen. But on the whole, it does work.

This is a great way to see your appointments, test results, and post visit notes. The one update the app seriously needs is a way to get back to the home screen after viewing test results. Right now you have to hit the back button on your phone which takes you to the log in screen which is a pain. Then it's a 5 star app.

This App needs to be upgraded with the option to upload "Document Files" like "PDF Files" through the Mobile Application and not just "Photo/Picture Attachments." In addition, there should also be a document center. The Provider search tool is also inconsistent, freezes regularly and doesn't give the option to generate a full directory with filter options without the portal refreshing and restarting the search process over again each time a filter is changed. Also, there is NO feedback section.

Current update is cancerous. Takes up to 3 minutes to log in. No next button when finished entering payment information, only back and cancel. What is that? Kinda hard to pay a bill that way guys. Colorful language was used during the experience, as this is a family friendly review, let's just say it was frustrating at the least. Not a one star because the techies didn't botch my test results, and doctors interface. But they sure made you getting paid impossible.
