The update you guys did where it only shows the monthly amount instead of the total amount owed is silly! Why not show the total amount so persons know their balance rather than having to dig through the site for it?! Please change it back because thats a lot for persons with multiple accounts 🙄.
The app does not update in real time so the accuracy of time left was uncertain. I have had instances where the expiration date was past so I did not know what usage amount pò00was left!
Third time I downloaded the app, and it's all mashed up, it's asking to merge my registered btc email, which it's shows with (*** )part of my email address.So when I put in the email and my password, it keep say wrong password or email, smt ... can't figure it out did I used or get another password from BTC for my email and my password? I know both and uses them frequently,terrible dam app,smt 🤔😠
my experience has been pretty good for the most. It takes too long to scronize with the main hub so when you pay a bill it's still asking for payment sometime a week later
I absolutely hate this app. For the life of me I can't pay my bill online. I click on support and it tells me to fill out a contact form and guess what, there is no form visible. It's frustrating as hell. All I want to do is pay my freaking landline bill. Is that to much to ask for? No it isn't.
Inoperative: fails to find a secure connection to the provider's server. Last updated in 2016.
Tried to sign in a number of times, keeps sending me back to page i already completed or tells me i am already linked, YET CANNOT ACCESS anything. Worthless app
It won't allow me to pay my bill online. I put in the card info and it keep saying they can not find my card information. And this is my first time using this service.
The app is deplorable, none of the features work, can't View the balance or pay my bill ... nothing
I downloaded it and when I tried registering it simply loading continuously. Either it needs a upgrade or the app is garbage.
The issue that I am addressing is that I am entering the correct user ID and password and I am unable to login. What can I do or is something being done about the apps function to resolve this problem?
Its so good to be anywhere and top up my prepaid and pay my post paid balance. It's all at my finger tips.
App says unable to connect, while I'm on wifi AND mobile data. No information pertaining to my postpaid account is visible.
I am absolutely entering the correct password. Have to change password each time in order to login.
Really find this to be unstable ,do not use the bill paying feature . The payment goes missing and BTC is totally useless at resolving the problem .

I dont like the way btc, deal with his customers. The csr never have the right information to tell the client. Oh the app i really dont use it
Uninstalled it after I paid for topup and have yet to receive it. BTC is "working" on tge matter though.
This app never updates your data usage, or and other usage, it's a waste of time.
I paid my bill last month instead of it taking for one month it took for 4 months . And I'm not seeing the negative on my bill .
The app does not work at least half of the time. I would give a half star if I could. One Star is not low enough.

Garbage app worked once or twice and has not worked since.
Horrible paying my bill and still getting a bill saying I owed also not allowing me to add my land line number. So upsetting .Garbage

Terrible piece of junk. BTC could and should do better than this. Registered 5 different times using same username and password and every time there is so error and no access. Would have given app no stars if that was an option but unfortunately it isn't. The app in its first iteration worked fine but what they have now doesn't work for me. Seeing as you no longer mail us our bills, how are we supposed to get them? The customer service email address on your website is different from here.
