I want to input the address where the issue is. app only tries to use my current location. It also shows my current location as in the Allegheny River under 31st St Bridge. That is not where I am.

This is really good City App. I would suggest though that Social was the difference between Instagram v. Hipstamatics success and it would be cool to see more social feature integrations in the future.

Limited menu options or a maze of drop downs to find the issue. Location can't be edited. GPS is off.

Stuck, doesn't work, plus text in boxes wrong color and too small to possibly read on phone..

Link to City news is broken Can't select where the service should be, it only takes your current location and it's not obvious how to change that.

Totally Useless. 311 is a joke in our town. Been reporting issues since 2018 and the city absolutely ignores any ungentrified neighborhood.

Onlu issue is the geo location is off and once the app pulls in an address there is no way to correct within the service request function

deny location (because in motion elsewhere)=>stuck app! THIS IS A 1984 PROBLEM! Hire a professional app provider! Citizens and residents and visitors deserve better government, not clunky FAILS.

Map function no longer works, and because it doesn't work, I can't proceed with my request. Has been like this for weeks at least. Please fix!!

The app itself is great! However, the city still doesn't respond to the service requests, just like when you call the old fashioned way.

After much time spent trying to upload photos related to my request which I wasn't able to do, when I hit submit information was changed. When I reviewed the information the address and location on the map showed some where completely different. Not worth my time and effort.

Provides a direct link with services. Keeps your requests organized. Let's you follow up when needed.

I love that 311 requests are so streamlined by this app, but what I really want now is gamification so I can compete with my friends! Not even joking, totally want to enable more people making reports!

However, it is a step in the right direction.

Was great for a year or more, but now it doesn't work. I can't report an issue because the map function won't work. I get an error message each time. Please fix this bug.
