He even goes a step further, and that's why it is clever: the schedules of nearby stops, the routing and real-time schedules. It can even allow you to buy and use tickets on your smartphone (m-ticket) (*).

I expected it to let me find the bus to go from a source to a destination (in Dunkirk). If that function exists, it's not obvious from the main menu. What value is the application adding? "Trip planner" is not available on my app, and the developers want my email to tell me when it's ready. The app is not "free" if you read in the GDPR about the data they let third parties take from you.
Terrible experience to buy a ticket, I ended up using cash. Waaay to many (unexpected) steps. Also Laggy, not intuitive, and not even providing a real payment system with credit card (at least I didn't see it before uninstalling the app). Highly recommend to buy a ticket elsewhere.
App is working fine for me although bus lines are not updated so don't rely on them.
Unfortunately many times I have a problem with geolocation error and I can't scan my ticket.
Very Nice app..been using this for a while now and i just love it. Since i don't drive this app is a must for me and sincerely it's prefect, accurate and whenever i have any kind of problem there is always someone to respond my mails..like super quickly and that's great. 5****** app.
Very good application with a reactive and efficient customer support. We had a problem with tickets transfer. The problem was solved very quickly.
It's quite useful, but the UI is just terrible. It's clear that the developers don't care one bit about user experience
I can only see one of the three bus lines in my city. Also, when I try to input my address and work address, it doesn't give me the places, for my apartment, it only gives me places in Europe, I'm in Canada's province of Quebec.
I can't find bus 5 which is close to my house but they are showing me line 3 it's crazy
It has been working well until yesterday I can't even bus time for any of the buses

It feels like this app was written by a retarded imbecile. Nothing works properly.
Very practical
Never mind, I got it to work thanks to support, I had to validate my account. It would be good for the app to put a reminder for this because it wasn't so obvious to me that I had to do it. I'll leave the previous comment here so everyone can point and laugh at me. **I bought a ticket through the app but I can't use it because nothing happens when I click on it. It shows for a split second a qr code scanner but that's it, worthless and I lost my money."*
