Terrible Experience! 1. Their cycles are of substandard quality and generally in barely acceptable conditions. 2. The Bluetooth lock gets stuck often! I had to end my previous subscription abruptly as I simply couldn't unlock the cycle. 3. The 2nd time the rear tyre burst! Their chat agent first suggested that I carry the cycle to their hub, which is 8km from my place! The second option was that they would get it collected from my place and charge me for it. It's yet to be picked up!!

I have been using mybyk since last month regularly but now I am facing problem from last few days. There's an issue of Bluetooth connectivity due to which the cycles are not getting unlocked. On last Saturday I couldn't lock the cycle again due to Bluetooth connectivity issues. I reported it the customer care they said you update the app but there's no update available. Kindly solve the issue

Review written by someone in Nagpur. Pros: 1. Cycles are pretty good. Well maintained and clean. 2. Stations are pretty common, there's usually one not more than 2km away. Cons: 1. None of this matters if you can't find a cycle. 2. There are literally no cycles available in a 10 km radius around VNIT. This has been going on for 2 weeks. 3. Cycles will very frequently suffer from being unable to open the lock using Bluetooth. Overall, would not recommend until cycle capacity is increased.

I was trying to add money and it says something went wrong. Tried multiple times. Actual problem is my account is still in verification Pending state. 😅😅😅 I think you guys should have handled that error and should show proper message like: Please wait to complete the verification. Very basic coding error which can improve customer's experience.

My issues: just 1 or 2 cycles left in maybe 15-20 stations near me. And their locks were not working. Refund. It has been 5 days and i still haven't got my refund. I'm in need of money and on your app almost 1100 of it is stuck for no reason. I understand there needs some care to taken in case of payments. But 5 days is too much i think. My friends are using the bikes, and they didn't have any problem. Hope you improve the services. All the best.

Today was my first day of riding a rented bike, I had a wonderful experience while using the MyByk app as well as the bicycle in my city Nagpur. The process is hassle-free and the bike is very light weight. Would recommend it to everyone. Just one suggestion for the makers, if you can, please expand the network to more areas in the city. I've to commute for 1 km to get the bike. If the hub's nearer, it would be much better. Also, for traffic, a bell and mirror would be of utmost utility. Thanks

Horribly slow app. It doesn't want you to cycle, it just wants to test your patience. No consistency in service. The customer care never picks up. And the cycles don't unlock, and you have to wait for an eternity for it to be back up again. Really hope they get their stuff sorted. Please, ffs, get your things in order.

I used MYBYK for one and half month. It's a good service. Whenever I tried to contact the customer service, I was able to chat with them. It's a good commute option for places near a metro station. I was using MYBYK for office purpose, the monthly plan Rs. 699 I felt bit expensive. Also, two times faced issue with lock, which was not unlocking via app, it troubled alot. Instead of paying Rs699 every month, I purchased new cycle. But honestly I can tell it's a good venture.

The quality of app has reduced drastically. I used to rate it at 5 star now have reduced it it 1. The cycles are either not available near my place or they have battery less than 50%. When you do get a bike available the bike does not get unlocked with the Bluetooth. Very annoying.

It occurred frequently when I come to the MYBIKE hub. Any cycle I select at first, the lock dose not open and I have to submit a video at the end of the ride. If you do not upgrade the lock then stope providing service. It wastes time for me every day. Take it seriously or your customer will leave

Worst app. Amount has been debited from my account and not showing in my wallet. This process should be instantaneous. I need to wait for half an hour to showup in my wallets sometimes. Very bad experience.

I had just one ride, because of some reason I moved to my hometown and want to refund my money. I processed to that, but it's been 10 days extra from the last date they have given to return my money. I don't get my money till now also. I searched every thing for this, but nothing is working. This is not good impression dude. Don't try this. It will be better you buy your on ride.

This app is not user friendly. Worst app. The app doesn't respond and provided bad service. We bad feedback for this app. I had been trying for refund since months and the response is bad. They are not refunding the amount. Do not use this app. I had already mail my issue. Its already been 2 months and the response is very poor.

More than half the cycles don't work. U end up wasting time trying multiple cycles and uploading videos of problems with each. Some have a bent rim, others a broken brake. Very poor maintenance.

Superb initiative and amazingly flawless system devised to do cycling at ones convenience... Request you to even extend this service in Mumbai as well 😊👍 Also, is it anyway possible to remotely end ride as currently it requires to be done in presence around the cycle lock? As at times it so happens that plan changes n hence we are unable to go to the parked location n this facility will enable us to end ride from distance n take a new ride from another location?

It takes 2 mina to add monet to wallet , but takes more than a week in processing the refund... Once you add money, and need back in emergency, it won't add it back in less than 7 days.. It is very unfair

The concept is good. But, the drawback is when we make the payment through any UPI, the amount gets deducted on the spot, but not reflected in the wallet of mybyk. So, we can't use the service.

They are fraud...dint get my bike unlocked twice in different occasions...they deducted the money. when you speak to customer care they give you credit note...so you come back for this third grade service . If you don't want the serivce forget about your money. Smart way to cheat people

The initiative is wonderful but the experience is not that good. 1) Some cycles are too dirty. There is no record of any recent Sanitization. We are in the midst of a pandemic and therefore this aspect is most important. 2) Quantity of cycles is insufficient. There have been times when all the bikes at the Versova Metro hub were either dysfunctional or had negative feedback from earlier users. 3) The App is too slow to respond. Unlocking a cycle (at start) and ending the ride takes a long time.

The service is too good -hands down. But it loses a star because the interface is a bit slow. And occasionally few errors like 'unable to locate cycle' and 'the l lock is open' even if it's not - might cause a bit discomfort. But it gets fixed in 5-10 minutes. But that can be considered as a test for your patience.

They initiative is great. But the app has alot of bugs. The serve is down most of the time while ending the ride. A alot of time is wasted in the attempt to end the ride. The customer service is never available. They never receive calls and the help feature of submitting an issue via video and note is also not upto the mark. It takes forever to get a response. Request the team to fix such issues. I am a daily user of the service and would like to see some improvements made. Thanks

This app has so many issues that I can easily say it's one of the most buggy one that I have used. 1st and foremost the gps is never able to detect location. Then the locking and unlocking process is again very hopeless. most of the times the bicycle either doesn't gets locked and sometimes it doesn't. The concept is good. Hope the developers will take the criticism to improve.

Though the service is unique, the app is still riddled with bugs. Starting from Home page, it takes forever to locate. Further the customercare callusually gets dropped after 90 seconds. Yesterday fortunately I had to call customer care(my 5th attempt) for ending my trip but the app were so buggy, that they were not able to contact their servers. I really appreciate your idea but the app will certainly a big let down. And it's not the connectivity issues because I was able to stream 720p videos.

Good service, but app needs a lot of work. It is ridiculously slow, with each page needing 15-20 seconds to load. Sometimes by the time you make a payment, the cycle has already been booked by another person. It keeps sending notifications that the bike has been locked every hour. The renew feature is not working. If these issues are fixed the app will be a pleasure to use.

Yes, the cycles unlock, and it's all good till you lock the cycle. After locking, and tapping "End Ride", it asks for any issues, even after saying "no" it fails to go to the rating screen. Have to hit the "End Ride" again, to make sure I go to the rating screen. How about taking care of that bug.
