Correction plz.. Im using C3 App to send money to my beneficiaries for long time but it never happened in one minute.. It takes many hours and sometimes more than one day.. Many times i raised complaints but I faced same issues.. Even now, i transfered some amount yesterday but till now its not yet reflected in my beneficiary's account 😑..👎
Very third class service. taking too much time to trasfer the money. today is the 6th day i have transffred money but is still pending. service team telling the same thing that we are working on it will sorted out soon. but am waiting from last 6 days to get it clear. i am giving you 1 star beause there is no option to give 0.

Very bad, is not showing the transaction on same time in app, i was waiting a number of 4 digit numbers on the name of transaction but it updated after more that 24 hours i will change this app and account
Worst app. They say tansfer in one min but it never working. Please dont install this app. If its in emergency transfer you will be stuck up... its always the same.. one star is also less for this application
I had no issues with the app and all registeration was quick, easy and straight forward., Payment and withdrawals were easy without problems. However I'll be uninstalling the app as it was just for salary payment from my previous job. Money can't be put inside by me to use like an account so I have no need for it 👍
Very bad experience. It always shows 'connection problem' while opening. Plz rectify it if you can.
Why all the time app stops only in certain time the app is updated I came to know my salary credites from my friends not from ur app not only for updation but not able to login also 🙄 Haiii I have messaged u and no reply in whatsapp pls check
I've been trying to reach the customer service support to inform that 3 days now, my family is still not receiving the money that I sent. My balance was just finished but I didn't get chance to talk to anyone because all were busy at the moment. They are telling that 1 minute my money will be sent. Yes it was successful but no remittance record happened for my recipient. Please do utmost respond.
Cuts 1.20 dhirams each time you log in. It's coughing out your hard earned money from you account. Plus they charge for monthly app subscription as well.
this app login very slow, account main balance show not free. and money exchange price is low. today is currency price difference -0.16 in c3pay app today
I put one star because I can't sign up when I fill up in the end showing either card # or security code incorrect try again. kindly help me please
Am trying to select the amount to send credit to my international number but it selecting automatically and it can't be change on the app?
Shame on Your Service ...Stupid ... i gave you zero Star ...very very bad service...if you get problem then u didn't solve within 1 hour or 1 day...your problem will bhe solve in 6 7 days ...wallah Aalam It's a very very bad service
It's okay. This Card is absolutely for salary and easy to use for sending money.
It tried to do money transfer using c3 app because it says that it will receive within a minute. Yes it was deducted within a minute in my card, but i have not received the money in my bank account. When i chat in their whatsapp, there is no clear solution. I called them, one of the agent told me, it will reflect after 24hrs. I told him, in the app its said a minute, now their are telling me 24hrs. It is giving wrong information to customers. It has been 32hrs now, and still no money in account.
When i install this apps.it was good its easy to log in .but now im experiencing this "connection error" i tried to uninstall and install again but still the same i cant even log in.what happen guy's!!!very bad service .!!!its not very useful !
Now app is using good but WhatsApp couster service is very very poor When we asking for any problem solution I haven't get any answer at whatsapp And when be call to call center It's making additional charges But you can't call directly with Coustomer adjective Very poor service
This update is not working well previous update is super please fix it soon as possible
I can't even know my balance account in this app.. I willn't recommended be used .. It needs hug work to be easier for clients..
Why there is written that send money in just one minute?? I have sent the money In India before 36 hours, But still transfer is pending now and my credit balance also had been cut from.

I have sent 1000 to indian bank and it's showing successful but haven't received the money and it's been two days. On the first day I contact the given number on the c3ap when I make call invalied number. Whatapps....no response. After they have given options on yeh chat..I chose and they told me I will be connected to customer agent shortly..I wait whole day...no response.....what type of scam is going on... unprofessional!!!! Pathetic... someone is having trouble and you guys are running away

Weeks ago i transferring money to my account but mistakenly 1 number is missing that time i call the customer service of c3 i informed everything and i send all my details they are explaining to me how to get back my money.its only fews day i received the exact refund amount.i referred to all my friends to used this apps. To the management of this apps thank you so much for your service is very nice and amazing..im very thankful to sir Ahamed Miya for updating me time to time..
It very amazing and meaningful app I am using this from last 4 years I didn't face any problems, I specialize to nominate "Mr. Ahmad Mia from c3 customer service " he is very helpful person, even we all person working in offshore there camera phone not allowed that man help for us regarding our emirates I'd update, also other transactions issue quickly resolved, at the end i would like to say I love this app features and services
As much I would love to rate this app, first you can't have personalized password on the Credit card, no customer service at all even If you're trying to connect with one. I gave it 2 stars because it's easier to shop online and to recharge my line through the app is so easier.
