I did not want to hassle with pressing four commands to block my number. For example when calling spammed to confirm they are telemarketers. This program puts an icon on my home screen and makes it one click easy to block my phone number then unblock it. Fantastic!
I found that most apps that claim to do what this app actually does, are fiddly and complicated to set up. And they mostly have a cost. Anyhow, I decided to give this a try. When I opened the app, it seemed necessary to know the MMI code of your country. MMI code 31 was showing up by default (so it seemed) - and I thought the app was unlikely to work with that, but I didn't know what the MMI code for Australia should be. But, to my surprise & delight, the app functioned perfectly. So basically, it was just a matter of installing it on my Sony Xperia Sola and using it. I tested it by calling my Samsung Galaxy S2 to see how the caller ID would appear. And it came up as Private Number, when the Xperia was set to that option. Many thanks to the very clever Developer of this app.
All this app does to hide your number is put *67 in front of the number you dial. I already knew how to do that.. basically this app is useless

Doesn't work. Shows my id regardless of selection. Also brings up annoying message every time you select id on or off which has to be acknowledged.
All it does is add *67 to the prefix. Something u can dial on your own. But check with provider if phone can do, and what their * number is.
Was working fine with my old htc phone, since updating to Samsung note 2, it freezes all the time and stops working until I turn my phone off and on again. Please fix this bug issue.
Works well with my galaxy s2. I wish there is app to show a different number to the person I am Calling.
Dangerous amateurish crap! It changes phone setting! Another high school kid who doesn't know how the phone network works.
When you forward a call to cell and someone calls. Uninstall.
It blocks my number. the person I call sees "private name/number. I can also put it back to the regular VISIBLE mode with just a Tap. 6 stars.
Works really well! Often use my phone for business calls and do not want my number to be showed!!

It's fine, although needs attention on 2 things, 1st - widget doesn't allways work (xperia x performance, Android 7.0), 2nd - notification icon is enough, remove popup message or add option to disable it (the popup notification that comes up eery time you turn on/off Change these 2 things and I'll happily give it 5 stars. Thanks for the work envolved.
