Hey guys. I lost sounds after the update! Please check. Also the timelline addition was great but when you drag it it just plays from the start. Also, would be super cool if you can make the files downloadable directly to the mobile
I see there was un update..When?I had already reinstall two,three times and it never worked!Now I have returned the camera as it was uless without connection!My previews comment was : !Impossible to connect the mycam network to my rooter..!It shows it connected but without internet..!I had a message from mycam : network is blocked,cannot add.keep the outer net open.What does mean?Nobody ever answered,and neither assistance from the shop I bought it!
It's crud, won't let you register to use the app, means I now have to be hope there is an alternative that works with my camera. Get a native English speaker to do your translation from Chinese!
Very hard to connect and unstable. After each screen time out, app closed and must be restarted again from the begging! I've contacted developer to report this but no replay....
This has to be the worst App I've ever tried to complete the registration process. Tried so many times to register. Its absolute rubbish. So I have purchased a security camera that uses this App. What a waste of money and time. Stupid dumb app created by Martians.
App does not send alerts to my phone, no tech support, instructions with camera too small to read. No troubleshooting instructions. Bad experience all around.
This is really practical and useful. My phone is always connected with internet so it'a quite ok to have such an app on the phone screen. It works.
I had to reinstall the app after the last update, because it didn't worked anymore. Now it's all fine. (Just reinstall, don't delete cache and user data so that it holds the settings)
Crashes. Won't connect my camera.. causes all sort of issues on my Samsung s 6 edge. This app seems to work to Huawei phone but not on samsungs.. don't know if 2 phone can be connected to same camera
Very good value for money I saw bad reviews but honestly for me is great item, I have no tehnical skills , very easy to use for me , simply connected to wifi . Love it, very discreet small camera. Thanks👍
Was unable to get my camera synced to my wifi. I think I eventually did, but the app itself stopped working, therefore I have a useless camera
I think, you should update the app, that if camera is offline, we can still view recorded videos in the memory card, also one should be able to view more cameras at the same time
Useless POS! Unfortunately my HISEEU cameras only use this App. Cannot record to SD card as this option is disabled! Turned my security camera into a webcam!!!!
This app need to except email to register or need to be able to reset it once set incase of mistakes need a 24/7 support team online or to call on free number I have difficulty in register with number or even email
This is the worst cam app that I've used in recent times. I feel like returning the camera back. This does not deserve a star at all. Beautiful camera, lame app!

It can be good reliable and door helper if connection issue solved. Otherwise it is quite nice app to use.
Says easy to set up wrong you can't even read the instructions print very small go online cant even find the right instructions for camers
Useless Good only for two things! Good for the waste of time and energy.
unbelievably bad can't get it to launch fully instructions are translated from Martian or some such have abandoned it in disgust

Difficult set-up. Poor translation to english instructions doesn't help. Confusing...but not impossible. It took 5 or so attempts before the instructions make sense and it was suddenly easy. Once set-up elinz hd camera was good. Paid server 7day storage. Reviewing is good. Security notifications are ok review small segments. The app could really use an overhaul. It really would help to drive up server customers. Most of the feedback is terrible and that's understandable it's frustrating.
