This app is seriously pretty bad to use. It crashes almost everytime you use the same. It takes about 25-30 mins to complete a redemption or buy request to be registered, which is almost unacceptable. Plus there are login issues most of the times which is pretty annoying.
Most disgusting app. Once you change the mobile and try to set up in, it asks for double verification by sending one otp thru email and other thru mobile. Mobile otp comes, but email otp doesn't. Wasted three long days to just to get in, but still failed. No otp thru mail. And no other option to login. With so many MFs, d support of d app is just of 3rd grade
It was a good app till the time they enabled UPI. Whenever I pay via UPI, the screens doesn't get back to csms and even if it does, it just auto refreshes and shows me msg with a comment 'null'. It happens very often. Please fix it. Netbanking is seamless.
Have reduced the rating from 5 to 3. myCAMS used to be such a good app. Of late, app is pretty slow compared to previous years. The website doesn't connect most of the times. Request CAMS team to rectify this.
Poor apps , no finger print scanner system, every time we have to log email id and then password and very frequently have change the password why cannot developer provided single finger touch option, it is time pass app and no response from call centre, only big name, so plz update your software
Nice nice. The only reason I needed this was for OTP Aadhar E-KYC. But still the user interface is really user friendly. Edit: I am not able to complete my eh-KYC, it had let me go upto Bank Validation the first time, now it does not even allow me to start the process.
Everytime I have to invest in new folio, app asks for image capture of cross cheque with my name printed on it.... it very cumbersome as my PAN and Bank account is already KYC compliant. one more thing if in new folio app asks for image of cross cheque, it may provide option to capture or upload from gallary... it wud make process of investment through app easy. Also, NAV of transaction day is not applied even if transaction is done as per mycams payment mode/cut-off time pop-up.
Poor app presentation. Doesn't show actual returns accumulated from the date of investment. Instead of that it shows annual returns as a general overview. Disappointed 😞!
Using since 2016. But since last 4 months, it's functionality is better to say worse. If able to log in could not be logout properly owing to system problem. This is unexpected frm a reputed site.
It was a novel experience to use the app for the first time.the feature where the xirr is shown fund wise and foliowise is simply great.i executed the transaction today itself the very first instance of downloading the app.
App is too slow. Requires a lot of time to perform any task. Take a lot of time to invest. Learn from your Kfin app. Fantastic app. Responds within seconds.
CAMS has some problem. I tried to switch units from one to another but still everytime error shows "we are unable to process your request". What is happening?
The myCAMS App has become very erratic after last update. Now, its not even allowing login, hanging, if login despite repeated efforts, it is not allowing transactions. Very pathetic experience. Date. 24/3/2022. There is no update available now.
Both the app and the website hangs alot. Even for login it consumes alot of time . Very bad performance of the app. Technically very bad.
Unable to download it on my xiaomi redmi note 11 Pro plus 5G. Unable to execute STP order through Application, instead of this user get automatically logout from Application. Tough till date No major issues found in this app but now this issues forced me to write to you.
Unable to make purchase through OTM. Helpline says no such issue from their side. Unless you acknowledge the problem, you will never ever solve it.
Totally rubbish. Mycams application is not working from last 5-6 days showing "we are not available"..I tried contacting customer care on call they are not responding. I have even raised a complaint on application against which no action has been taken from last 4 days.
Such a buggy application. Tried multiple attempts to register everytime it's was throwing an error. Had to switch to groww app to buy MF.
I'm unable to add my new device after entering mail and password it says we have to verify your new device and ask to enter mail password and mobile number but after entering these details and pressing continue nothing happens can't even tell to there automated bot support.
Worst app not able to login since week. Not Receiving OTP on number or email both and if OTP is entered when received by gods grace then the app crashes.
No option for fingerprint login. Doesn't even save email id for login. Many other things are outdated. Take a look and learn from Kfinkart
One of the worst app don't download cams doing fraud if do any investment through my cams they debiting the money but didn't allot unit as soon it will take 3-5 days some times 10days also will happen to allotment of units if I call customer service they telling based on fund reliasation and too much technical issues I wanna to complain with sebi

Edit 19/05/22 Please make an option available to hide the ZERO HOLDING folios. They make the list of folios unnecessarily lengthy.
Very poor app. I am unable to register, let alone invest through this app. It doesn't allow me to login and the error mentioning "mobile data/network unavailable" pops up everytime I try to login. The internet connectivity is fine and works like a charms in other apps. Very poor experience.
