If I could give this app less than one star, I would. I can't even create an account! Each time I try to put in my email address and password, the app closes! And this is the app I'm supposed to use for the extras I PAID for when I bought my car?? GARBAGE is what this is!! Not happy....
the app uses a lot of battery. They refuse to pay shops directly. this is more of a reimbursement than a traditional warranty. my experience may be a little unfair to maximus, because I was sold this warranty through the Chevrolet dealership where I bought my car. they told me that I would be able to take it to any dealer and get it fixed no problem. that clearly is not true and maximus does not advertise themselves as such. so really, shame on that dealer.
Not easy to use. Can't use app, because it cuts off immediately after I select my vehicle.
Fantastic app! My car tires are both fixed, in less than a week and I never made an outgoing phone call! Amazing! (Yes I'm a millennial! 😘)
Super easy to use and sign in! it keeps a detailed summary of all claims and you will almost always get a timely response for any concerns you may have.
I've had 2 claims with them and so far it has been quick and simple. They've been easy to work with and the app works great.

USELESS 'App' Cannot register for an account. The error you receive makes no sense, so you don't know what is wrong.

One of the best apps I have ever downloaded. Easy peasy to log on to and file a claim. I've had to use this app twice already, once to fix a chip and the second to have the windshield completely replaced and each time the process was easy, simple, and quick. No hassles! Best thing I've ever done is to download this app.
Entered one contract, listed it as a different car, unable to check as the app crashes every time I try to enter the admin panel. Deleting as it's USELESS
Big fan of this company. Had several windshields replaced and had great results. I whish I could get a policy on my used truck I bought!
I like the fact that I can easily take care of a claim all in app. From start of claim to repair, its all in one place, easy to access everything. I have had no problem with crashes, I have a Galaxy S7.
At first, the app wouldn't work at all. Now, it works perfectly. Good Job!
App is very user friendly and easy to use just follow directions. It would be nice if my dealer had told me about this so I'm not sure if they are up to speed on app. I found the directions by going through all my paperwork from the original sale. So make the dealers aware that they must send an email with instructions on the app to customers.
