Horrible - trying to reset the password is a nightmare. You get no feedback at all why it doesn't like your password. Is it too long? Which special characters doesn't it like? I don't know because it doesn't tell you, it just doesn't reset the password and gives no input for why it failed. It loses the password even when you check stay logged in and the fingerprint authentication is a joke.

Clunky and difficult to use. I've gotten locked out of this app more times than I can count as it's authentication methods are unreliable and poorly documented. My bank barely knows how to support it. Not really sure if it gives me any advantage. Has the look and feel of something developed for Windows 98.

I love this app! I receive an alert every time a charge is processed. This is assuring to know immediately that the charge is mine, including auto payments! Also LOVE the feature that let's me turn card off & on at a click of a button. Can't think of a better way to stay aware of my transactions. Kudos... great work as always Citizen's!!!!

Still no update on software... But seems to be working again. Have not heard from the creator or my bank about the issues that I was having with the app just stopped working when opened up... If you have any issues with app, you cant contact them... They will only talk to your bank. So you have to explain your problem to someone else and hope they explain it right to them.

Horrible app. If I could give it zero stars I would. Horrendous experience trying to set up as a new user. I had to put in all my card info, email, and set up new password...I followed all the password requirements and after the third try, it kicked me out. I tried to sign in and got "invalid password". I had to call my bank to get my information and subscription cancelled from this app since I had no way to access my information. I'm very disappointed that my bank has chosen this app to track debit card activity.

The sign in process is rediculous. The password acceptance boots the password if it starts with a number. But it isn't mentioned as a rule for passwords. Also I get notices of transactions then I log in and the transaction isn't there. I have kept trying to login. Worked fine with fingerprint but then stopped working. The user name I have says it is not valid. Even after can't login. Serious garbage. No response from the comments before.

This app is now unusable, can log in, can't delete a card or add a new card and therefore of no use to me. Have installed and deleted and reinstalled several times, the app doesn't work. It used to be an excellent tool and I hope it will be again soon.

app stops sending alerts. I've had to uninstall and reinstall twice. Sometimes I don't get alerts, but then they show up in the recent transactions list. I only see the last 10 transactions when it says I should see the last 30.

Frustrating. I couldn't even get my new user account set up (wouldn't accept my card number) and gave no way to contact them for questions or support! When I clicked on the three link to contact them, a pop up would activate telling me to register as a new user first. ridiculous!

installed this app around August of 2018, worked well until December when it just started blowing up my phone with messages telling me "MyCardRules has stopped working". nonstop while I'm at work or watching videos it will message me this. I honestly didnt mind it until I realized I wasnt getting reports on when my card was getting used. this is what I was mostly using the app for. I really wish the creator fixes this soon or I will be uninstalling this app....

It is nothing like my old app. I was able to link my bank account and my debit cards so i could see my total balance and what each of my purchases was. I hate having to login to two different apps just so i can see my bank balance. Bring that feature over to this new app and it will get 5 stars.

Location frequently doesn't work causing issues while trying to purchase something. Had to turn this off due to this issue. Supposedly has ability to set region for use, but I couldn't get this to work (and neither could my bank).

A hellish sign-in process. I get that security is a thing and that we all want our money safe and secure. But, i'm sitting here waiting for more than 10 mins for an email to send so i can reactivate my password. Guess what happens it never sends; basically they want your money permanently locked away so not even you can access it.

I want to like this app. First issue is, why is this app, which is bassically a notification feature, separate from the main banking app. All these features should be present in the main app. Secondly, I always have a problem signing in & when I do get signed in it signs me out next time I try to load the app. Its buggy, and outdated UI. Jefferson financial, your main app has come a long way and looks & acts Modern/seamlessly. Just add these features to the main app. Please.

Logging into this app is the most horrible experience. Fingerprint never prompts, and it doesn't accept certain special characters. I keep locking myself out because I have to use strange passwords to get it to let me in.

Love this app. Only problem is that notifications when my card is used are not coming through. Notifications is still not working all the time. Please fix this. This is the main reason I have this app. 5 stars when fixed. Still am not getting notifications.

This app kinda sucks. Put your card on it, cant even see recent transactions. Only good for turning card on and off and looking at balance. This needs better management than just turning your card on and off. My credit union uses this app and I really wish they wouldnt.

Glitching. I loved this app until yesterday. All of a sudden I have trouble logging in. It brings me right back to the log in page after I see a glimpse of my card. I can access my money. I emailed the developer yesterday and discribed the issue then again about 30 minutes later bc it was working. Today same issue?!! I need access to my money!

Can't bloody sign in after setting up,, finally figured out why through another answer (passwords can't start with numbers which is absolute bs, but I digress.) After some digging, figured out these are the same people behind the My Guardian texts and I am absolutely baffled how the Hell they went from one of the best text alerts systems to this flaming pile of garbage. As soon as I figure out how to permanently delete my account, I'm burning this from my phone, permanently.

Used to work fine, kept ky card safe and was easy to set limits. Only issue was if i remembered to turn my card on. Now i cant even access my account, it keepa saying connection error. Its even keeping me from using my card to buy things at this point.

Great to be able to monitor what's happening with my cards in real time. Only a few seconds between card getting used and a notification is displayed on my phone.

Great app , needed this , took a little while to get get use too and figure it out to work for me personally but its still a learning experience . It was a big help on my problems i was facing and now im almost in control , almost .

Love this app! I just lost my credit card wallet at the airport. No worries that this card will be used because even though it took me a day to cancel it, I had it locked and unuseable. I turn it on whenever I want to use it. I love the protection.

TERRIBLE APP, for some reason my credit union has locked my account tried to use this app to unlock, keep telling me my zip code is wrong and of course you can't call the credit union until Monday because there is no call center. No money until Monday. NOT SATISFY WITH THIS APP AND THE CU RECOMMENDED IT. DON'T USE THIS APP.

When I was suspicious of a pending charge from a company I hadn't used, I used this app to lock my card. It did not charge me and that suspicious company could not take any money out. Great app for the price (free). Thanks!

Great app!! I definitely feel more secure using my card to pay for purchases. Cool features allow me to turn my card off and back on as I need it. Loving it!!

Excellent and easy to use. On target and works all adjustments, increases or changes in seconds. Use it!!

I just signed up for My Card Rules. And as soon I sign in the first it automatically says my info doesn't match. I finally get tobrest my password and now the app keeps crashing. This is ridiculous.

I dont like having to remember my password when I should only have to 8se tje code I set up. Other then that I love this. Left my card at the store and was able to relax because I shut it off and it was super simple to turn back on.

Text alerts everytime my debit card is used. Every transaction made clearly, easily accessible, organized, recorded, and displayed so fraud or unauthorized purchases are recognized immediately so steps to mitigate loss can be undertaken. Awesome app.
