I have just been using the provider for about a month and network performance is really horrible. I can't event play music because it takes so long on buffering, same with Instagram. I should have listened to my friend to not using the provider due to network issue and now I'm really disappointed with my choice.
After Indosat update their application a few weeks ago, the new app is much more difficult to navigate. Sample: I want to check the billing or change Im3 number, change package etc. Menu structure become very complicated and need more step. I just update my rate to lowest because now the app cannot process payment. Terrible app, no contact is available, only robot CS that say nonsense.
This app ui now looks better, but for its ux, i think it's still too inconvenient for navigating internet packet data offer. Also, its information on this app not up to date, very disappointed for this app cant be reliable app. And one more thing, this app cost too many space of storage for only user data. Almost 2gb. Really? Come on, it can be better for managing the storage usage
After the last updated, I can't even login to my account. It keeps telling me to send verification number by SMS but nothing sent, been tried for many times. Uninstall and reinstall doesn't do the work. What happened, seriously!?
Please stop the flash messages!!!!!! It's draining my phone battery!!! Not user-friendly, too complicated. Too many articles and confusing buttons. Font size is too small for most people 45 yo and above.
an application that is only used to buy internet data but takes up quite a lot of space in memory, mytelkomsel only needs about 100 MB but this application is up to 3 GB!?!? The automated data buying service here is annoying, i want to turn it off but i dont know how.
Overall apps experience is okay, UI is clean and good looking, but their signal is super super soooo bad. I am living in the middle of big city, using latest 5G smartphone and only get 1 bar of signal? Never regret so bad buying their service.
after updating the application, the application is very good, there are many additional menu categories so it is not confusing when buying quota. But Indosat's internet speed is getting worse day by day especially in the past week, the maximum internet speed is only 250kb/s.
can't access the app tho i've reinstalled the app with the thought "oh maybe there's something wrong with my phone" but no, your app is the problem. it's been almost a month of maybe more than a month. please repair it, how can i buy or check my data if i can't even enter the app? uninstalled. maybe will consider to reinstall if you have update it so we can access it again.
New app design not bad, it just too many ads specially on home page. Network kinda unstable in some district. Also Dev ,do you have plan to add dark theme in this app ? I need to reduce brightness everytime I open this app. It's annoying
I don't like the new design or UI because it's confusing and it's not easy to use. I like the old one design, please bring back the old design because it's easier to use.
Cannot unreg vas sms premium service thru myim3 with error response. Even using Indira chat inside myim3 app, the unreg still failed. Very troublesome both the app and the provisioning system.
terrible user experiences. many popups which caused the app stuck. extremly slow popup's open/close transitions. super bad ux with many frictions. Copying VA number, it copies all the text including parentheses. super smart... :) dev tolol
I bought the 100k internet package for 50gb. but it failed. then suddenly THEY activated the 50k one that only has 13gb quota. i complained to the customer service on Twitter but they said that it is my fault, yet they can't show the evidence of me buying that package. really annoying
There are many problems, the credit that I have filled in has not been completed in the package, it is lost somewhere. Guess I've lost Rp. 200,000 pulses!!!
After the last update, I tried to find another Indosat apps in playstore that could check the remaining quota with simple features but it didn't exist. I don't need an apps that more than 90% of its contents are ads and news that I don't need. even now I don't know how to see my quota details like before the update... this is an example of apps that gives update according to what the company want, but not something the user need
it's not reliable. It used to perform badly. When i open the app, it used to display the opening page for really long time eventhough the signal strength is enough. It's annoying, even more when i really need to buy quota from app.
There are too many trouble when I want to check my package or something else. I don't know, after latest update when I want to open this app, I've succeeded to login but the app suddenly log out. So, I have to relog in, I still couldn't relogin because they said the verify code is wrong, but i heve entered the true code. I try to resend the code, and entered the new code but still wrong. It was happen about 6 times
Its so hard to buy and gift data. There are options for payment, but there is no guidance. Should I transfer on Bank account, or virtual account. When I try to gift data. The app suddenly blank and force close
Don't know what to say, this apps always had a problem everytime I have issues with my phone. Thank you, but for now I think I already know how to used my IM3, this app only work when I used my data, not working when I used WiFi.:( Before update, with my data or WiFi, this app working.

What's wrong with this app. I just updated to the latest version n now it can't open. And the most disappoint thing is 2 days ago i just bought the internet package and suddenly it's disappear. Not only it. My debit also inside is disappear:'( how terrible. Please fix it asap.
Horrible app, just bought a data package 3 days ago, successfully paid it by virtual account, but the data never landed on my phone, tried to complain it on its tweeter and all they say is just, sorry, wait, thank you for your patience and bla bla bla. Now I just want my money back!
After last update, the apps become buggy and slow. Honestly I don't like the UX.
Well the problem has resolved on it's own with the new look. Maybe yesterday's bug was because of this new look. Well so far still try to get used to the new interface, so let's see. Keep up the good work for the team.
The new UI updated is not so convenience, the font is too small and difficult to understand. However it still can show detail information.
it is seriously getting way too heavy for an app whose primary function is to buy and check data/balance (and i don't think it's no longer a problem that "delete-your-cache-pls" can fix). loading the app/getting in takes up too much time it's terribly frustrating (padahal sinyalku udah 4g+). apalagi buat orang2 yg ga pernah tertarik buat main games, baca berita, nonton, shopping dan fungsi2 tersier lain yg ditawarin di home page. i would really appreciate it if you can simplify the app 🙂
