They can cancel at account any time with no cause. But they seem to have difficulties canceling service when you request it Auto charges credit card when they feel like it. Make sure you read the agreement. You'll find that this company is out for a buck. Total rip off

Love what the watch can do but app is really lagging on my galaxy s6 version 5.1.1

Today was our first full day of use. Everything worked as advertised. My only complaint so far is that the buttons to call contact 1 or contact 2 don't always activate when held down for 3 seconds or for 4 or 5. Other than that I am happy with the purchase.

I love this GPS watch and app. My son calls me all the time so make sure you get 60 minutes or more. I have peace of mind knowing I can see where my son is at all time. I love that I can call him and he can call me to assure him that mommy can talk to him anytime. I just wish they had the green watch available. Great app.
