I had to purchase a new phone since my other one was no longer charging. It is very frustrating and unfortunate that a brand new phone (S22 Ultra) with the latest technology is not supported/compatible with this application especially since the linq is a life changing/saving device for me. You have an advanced piece of cardiac technology, but you can't figure out how to make an app compatible? How many of us is it going to take to complain before you actually DO SOMETHING about it???

S22 Ultra also doesn't work with this app. S21 and Note 10 hardware is very similar and worked fine. Update: you have the same response to several people. I know where the list is, and I know after the fact that the S22 line is NOT ON THE LIST. My question is WHEN WILL THE S22 BE SUPPORTED??? Brand new flagship device with advertising for 2 months, this shouldn't be a surprise.

Samsung s22 not compatible really. I had an older version of Samsung s series. Worked just fine. Customer service told me my phone is compatible. Well the stupid app told me it's not. How can people with health issues not have access. I got an email saying my bluetooth needs to be on. Well make your app compatible so it can work.

I had no problem installing and using the app. I do wish that the various other bits of info, like symptoms would be forwarded with the transmission so the the Doc could inspect specific times that I may have had Chest pain, shortness of breath or other issues. I think it might creat a better overall picture.

More patient feedback from software would be nice. It assumes you know little about your own condition. A view of current data being collected graphically presented would be nice on opening the interface. Support for my Pixel 5 would have been nice. The android app only runs on Samsung hardware. Your only other option is having an iphone. Why should it not run on the OS reference platform?

I had my Medtronic loop recorder installed today. While we were setting everything up, got the alert on the app that my "phone is not compatible" with app, very reassuring. I am trying to use this on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus device which has just launched. Is this an app problem or a Samsung problem? Either way, in 2022, this should not be happening. Luckily I had my work phone with me & using app on there for now, but I'd like to disconnect from work & not always have my work phone on....

Caution s22 ultra users. The app is not compatible with this phone yet. I switched from iPhone to the s22 ultra and have been very happy with it, however this app is critical to me and I am dumb founded that Medtronic has not updated the app to support modern flagship phones. Hopefully they are working on updating the app, until then I have to keep my iPhone running to just use this one app.

Just got my Samsung S22 Ultra and found that it is NOT compatible with this (or any) app. How can this be? This phone was not introduced last night! My old phone is gone and now my cardiologist has no means of checking if my heart is having issues! Come on, Medtronic! Get with the program!

Does not work with the galaxy s22 ultra. I called customer service and she was useless and clueless. Metronics should update their app to work with any Android phone. Update. One month later and this app still not functioning with the s22 ultra. I will say it appears that Medtronic ignores and care less about their patients using their pacemakers. The same generic answer ,We'll forward to our app team is unacceptable.

I got a new phone, Samsung S22 Ultra and can't use the app for my loop recorder anymore because it says my phone isn't compatible. Metronic should have the app updated as soon as the new phones come out.

I would give it a 5 if it was kept current. I was using Android 12 with my Galaxy s20 and no problems. Therefore I thought upgrading to the s22 Ultra which is also Android 12 would be a simple change but now I'm not compatible with the app! When will this be updated?!

This app is only marginally useful in that it does transmit data to my EP. It would be much more useful if it would display the information to the patient as well. I would think the two leads plugged into my heart would provide much more accurate information than a smartphone on my wrist. This data would be incredibly beneficial when exercising. Please update the app to make it useful to me, not just my physician.

Please update so that it works with Galaxy S22. Please add useful information functions. I'm glad it is (or was) sending transmissions as scheduled but, I should be able to get a read-out of how often my pacemaker is firing.

Worthless for a patient. You never can tell if it is picking anything up that is abnormal. The patient should be able to push a button to send a notice when they they feel any abnormalities.

I gave it 1 stars bcoz it DOES NOT work on my latest Samsung S22 Ultra mobile phone! I was able to download the app from Play Store but this app is not compatible with the phone. Hope Medtronic developer can fix this quickly. Thank you

I had the app on my S10 worked great. Now I have it on my S22 Ultra and it no longer works uninstalled then reinstalled still will not work. This is a heath and safety app. It needs to work!

Updates do weird things ,e.g., all old messages suddenly become unread. BTW, there is no way to delete old messages.

Joh. Mar 29, 2022

The app doesn't respond multiple times per week. I just discovered that there was no communication for almost 3 hours which is unacceptable. I will adjust my review once fixed.

Tee. H. Mar 16, 2022

I wish it had other functions, like reporting symptoms or a tracker so I can see what my heart rate is, instead of having to use a separate device.

Lar. L. Apr 1, 2022

I just upgraded to a S22+ and now my app is not compatible. This is not good at all. I'm a critical patient and this app is all that keeps me connected to my doctors. When will this get resolved?

Val. M. Mar 9, 2022

This app works great on my old phone that I keep beside my bed. I wish you would update the app to work on my Sansung Galaxy Z Flip 3 phone that is with me all the time.

Ken. L. Mar 29, 2022

The S22 is not compatible with my pacemaker, had I known this I would NOT have purchased the S22 Samsung, many changes from the S8 and for me not all good.
