This app works, I think it could be a little easier
Need to work with more devices. Needs to work with apps like my fitness pal, Google fit, etc...Otherwise it it not very useful to me.
This app requires constant uninstall and reinstall. For the last 3 days I have not been able to log in to the app. It is treating me as a New patient, but will not even let me type my name to log in. Pretty pathetic.
Have to install and reinstall.
While my care team can see everything that I enter, I've had to uninstall and reinstall a few times. It will not let me back in after a few days so I have to go through the process again. Annoying to say the least. Other then that little glitch, it serves its purpose.
After downloading, I tried to login. I got an error saying my device could not connect with the server. Then the error message said for me to verify my password and login name. If my device cannot connect with the server what difference does it possibly make what my login name or password are. Come on guys. This is simple stuff.
I can login to Mycarolinas via my computer, but not using this app.
Bad buggy app that hasn't had an update since April. Uninstalled!
The app now has a quirk. When i try to open the app, it automatically shuts down. To get it to open i have to Uninstall then reinstall. Just going to uninstall for now.
Great App that connects to my device and does what I need it do. Making quick work of my data and actually using it to help me be healthier.
After installing the app on my phone, I started personalizing the profile. I closed the app to take a call. When I tried to reopen the app, it never would open. Uninstalled the app in less then 10 minutes.
Keep crashing every time I open the app.
I just installed it and have tried to open it and it just closes after about 15 seconds
Keeps me aware of where i am a what my goals are.
I finally was able to log in. The app never integrated the information from other apps that it said it would. After trying it a few times it won't even open now.
Cant log in so what's the use
Downloaded the app twice. Clicked the icon to run the app and the My Carolinas splashscreen pops up. After approx. 5 -10 seconds, it disappears. That's it, never runs any further. What's up with that?
Why is the app shutting down? It works so much better with the Fitbit app. The new one we have to have with MyAtriumHealth is awful
