Be careful!!! Software Deletes wallet information when updating. Yes of course, you should have your backup. But what if you're traveling and you don't have your backup with you? Then this stupid software updates and deletes everything? Aside from that, it's an excellent wallet, but this flaw is so bad and so dangerous, that you should be very careful.

After my old phone died, I installed this on my new phone and I've never been able to retrieve my balance. I didn't have enough to sweat it but still. EDIT: That was the problem. I must have used the pin as a password. Thank you for the reply.

Do not use this app!!! I had thousands in this wallet and then suddenly nothing! I looked under transactions and there was an unauthorized transaction which moved everything out of the account! I reached out to the support email and they have not sent any response! They suggest that this is a safe way to store your money yet offer no help or advice when something goes wrong! I am happy to change this review if any help is offered but so far I have seen nothing back from them!

This app has been so good and the best so far especially in redeeming paper wallet but I only have issues after I upgraded the app it keep on stopping and later I have to uninstall and reinstall after that I use cold storage to redeem from a paper wallet , It was sucessful but any time I want to perform another transaction it will be displaying invalid pincode and after trying severally I was told I hv to wait for 1 week to get my pin.i cant transact because my pin need to be reset.pls help me

For me they are a total scam. They are holding my ETH after I tried 6 times to get them out everytime I was hard to pay the miners fee but they still have my ETH. Have emailed them multiple times, it's been almost a week but no response. Don't trust them they might keep your crypto, charge you for moving but still keep it, and not respond to your emails.

Was great at first, but has been loading up with scams for years. Sad to see it go this way. Will probably go with BlueWallet or Samurai or something that isn't trying to sell some shitcoin

I've used this app for years on multiple devices. This has been one of the most reliable and useful apps to store and manage my portfolio Privately and securely. I've had zero issue so far. And all the functionality it offers is amazing. Definitely a must have and one of the first i install in all my devices.

I sent a transaction and it hasn't been confirmed in like 15 hours. How do I either get confirmed or delete unconfirmed transaction?

I've used it for years and it's been great. My one gripe, which very very rarely pops up, is sometimes the transaction doesn't broadcast properly, meaning I need to import my xpriv into another wallet, possibly wait for it to sync, and (re?)broadcast it myself. Not sure if adding an RBF flag would help me just "double spend" on my own, but then again I don't want everything RBF. It's happened maybe 3 times over the last 4 years. Likely could be fixed by now, but it was a pain when it happened.

Been good so far does have a little lag from time to time when synching. Especially if you haven't used it for long periods of time. Had this app for a long time FYI good app. Suddenly had some crashing problems today that I never had before. True to their word Working fine again! I'm curious about orbot not being recognized by the app even though it is running.

I am unable to access the application at all. it continuously says it stopped working and to close or send feedback. The app doesn't open at all. RE: Changing to airplane mode, powering on and off, and flipping wifi on and off have no effect on it. the result is the same no matter what I try. RE2: I sent the logs the other day. I've personally used this wallet for over a year maybe close to two now to invest when I can and it hasn't let me down yet. Every now and again you'll see a "No Server Connection" which is always lined out by the end of the day. I would recommend this wallet for everyone, even beginners. Alot to learn about the app but it's worth putting the time into of learning it.

they improved it a bit, like you can set how much you want for your fees, and it's hardware wallet support with trezor, ledger, and keepkey is good. they now warn you that if you don't make a backup, you can't store coins; you can bypass it, but it's not recommended. the app still need some improvement.

Nightmare! It's always running and killing the battery. It gives notifications constantly, and I "uninstalled" it but still get notifications. If you install this there's no going back if it doesn't work for you. I used to like an earlier version of this, too bad.

I want to like it but I can't, I'm trying to reconcile with reasons why I would want to use it over exodus or ledger live but I can't. It just sits on My phone becoming more and more unappealing with each update, a lot of distracting clutter I don't want to waste time looking at. Reading reviews of people losing their funds is never conducive to instilling confidence, there is also the whole POS strategy, card and card reader project seems to have gone cold, I'm out for now.👋

App automatically closes now when i add in my erc-20 tokens. It works fine when i reinstall, but immediately starts crashing after i add back the erc20 token...now i cannot even access the app

I didn't know they took part of my balance for sending crypto to other wallets or bit things like gift cstds through the app. Thought I had enough for a $15 dollar amazon card, could only afford £11 after charges.

I've been using it for allmost 6 months, and i's one of the best wallet apps for android. It's intuitive, simple, and gets the job done. I never had any isues untill now. It seems that it cant connect to server. Reinstalled, worked for about 30 min, and then again coudnt connect to server. Help...Any solutions?

I like this wallet until it's tax time. Then it becomes a nightmare to try and download your transactions. I run a small mining operation with many trx. When i attempt to download, usually Mycelium stops responding. When it does save a file it is humoungous... 35mb was the last one. I think it downloads the hash for every payment made by the pool at that time. There are no options, like year, or year to date, so its the whole trx history. When you finally DO get a file its incomplete.

Love this app. Have learned a lot about investing in the last 2 years. Benzinga is also a great source of news!

its ok-ish but theirs too much BS on it, all i want is a BUY button, a SELL button and good, a chart with 24 hours to all time, maybe a private account to buy and a trading account, good security snd thats its, theirs just too much going on, keep it simple, snd why is their always issues with the updates?

Review Pt. 2 Reply to Dev. No, not the 12 word seed, there are two pieces of info we're briefly given and instructed to input into Google Authenticator. One is a wallet address and the other some type of security key, which are only available once during setup and cannot be found again anywhere, believe me I looked EVERYWHERE. So if there's any mistake during the ridiculously overcomplicated setup process without nearly enough instruction all efforts are wasted. #ComputerScienceDegreeRequired

Had a transaction completely disappear costing $160+. Extremely glad that was all. Support was absolutely useless taking 8 days for first response with an absolutely useless email. Do not use this app. To respond to the developer it was funds being sent from mycelium out. Nothing to do with anybody but YOUR system. Deleting the app and making sure no one I know uses it. The fact you cannot find record of the issue when I have communications from YOUR support team is yet another reason to not trust this company.
