This app is the worst. In the last year it has never opened. Every time I try it crashes. I've tried re-installing and using different phones. No luck.
No longer opens. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it just keeps crashing.
Just switched to Central, app will not start on my device. Pixel 3, Android 9 running August 19 security release.
This app keeps crashing and I can't even open it! Waste of space on my phone!
Just got the App, so far so go. Love that it has the agency's information on it too.

As an independent insurance agent I am often asked to review the web sites and apps of the carriers we represent. I have policies with Central and other carriers. This is one of the best apps I have worked with.
Does not work on Android 8.1 Oreo I have a Pixel 2 XL keeps foreclosing everytime I open the app need to update the app.
It won't even let me set up to do anything, not happy, and I don't usually have time to be calling any support, so fix and or email me
Doesn't work with latest Android update. Worked on my S7 but not on my S8+. Don't bother installing.
Wouldn't allow me to submit information. Continued to revert to policy number line.
It just does not work! I hope the insurance policy is better that this app!

This app works great.
I was somewhat impressed when I got my first policy from Central and discovered they had a mobile app. And then I tried to set myself up as a new user. Only after I entered all of my info, accepted their terms, etc. did I learn that the "submit" button is for show only. Nice try, but I can't very well use the app if you won't let me sign up to use the app, can I?
I installed the app but could not agree to the one-sided terms and conditions needed to obtain a user ID and password that (apparently) don't protect me against unauthorized use.
Tried several times to download and install & all failed.
The app will work BUT NOTE: will only show ecard IF YOU ARE IN A STATE THAT ALLOWS THAT SERVICE currently!!!! Know the law!
Not shockingly, this app is a festering pile of buffalo dung. It won't even allow you to login much less function in any meaningful way. Keep wasting my premium on subpar programmers who I'm sure cost an arm and a leg.
I cannot get my insurance card to show up in the app. Every attempt comes up with a box "There was an error processing this request". I get the same error when using the Policy Information function. This app needs some work. I will probably delete it until it is fixed
Crashes on startup after OS upgrade. Going on 6 months now. Any chance this will ever get fixed? Update: Still not working, but kudos to the devs for responding with an actual timeline for a fix. Looking forward to the reworked iteration of the app! Update #2: App is now updated and working again. No chance yet to test features, but it's at least functional again :-) Updating from 1 to 4 stars for now.
