Was working fine until the recent update. It crashes everytime I try to log in, and now I'm back to using the website to check my balance and transactions.
Would have gave 5 stars but half the features don't work I can't even get the statements to load. Try to go to the bank and they want to charge you for printing them off.
App was working fine until latest update. Now it crashes every time I try to open it.
Works. It just works. That is half the battle of many apps. This one accomplishes its tasks well.
awful! it keeps locking me out as high risk enrollment and wont let me do all the required fields to log in.
closing randomly and can't use all the features.
This app allows me to be able to check my balance any time, any place, and any where.
It's OK, how do you your back up when it cut off I need some more help to get back with online banking

It's sad they took THIS LONG to actually make a mobile app that isn't just a link to their website. Not only this, but they don't use android pay! Everyone uses android pay because it's convenient! This bank will getcha if you're not careful...
The website log in process of a hassle that I get my account disabled, like wtf, there's so many tiny process, pick a picture, choose a graphical word, choose a confirmation word, I don't even remember giving this "confirmation word" also I know I'm supposed to review the app but this Federal Credit Union is not what you think it is, what federal credit union charges you a negative $5 everyday, I over drafted 0.19 from a trying to get a snack in the vending machine in college, charge went to $-160

Great. I love it. Besides sometimes when I'm trying to deposit a check and it won't read it. Other than that, I love this app. Very useful. Don't have to go to the bank and wait in the lines forever.

I like the app for the most part. I can see my purchases and deposits as they come out and that's great! I absolutely hate the remote deposit function. I can take the best photo of my checks and it still says unable to read. About the 5th attempt it finally takes it. The app automatically makes the image blurry when I pretty much have the phone on a stand to take the photo. If I had direct deposit available, that would be my preferred method. And I don't usually have time to get to the CU.
