MyCentura Health
With the MyCenturaHealth app, patients and family members can our Centura Health patient portal on an Android device. The app contains many of the same features as the MyCenturaHealth patient portal website, allowing patients to view test results, send and receive messages with a provider, schedule and confirm upcoming appointments, and view visit summaries for past appointments. Through this app, users can also request and pay for medication refills, view billing statements and pay balances due, review a health summary and view when preventive care procedures are due.

I like the app with one exception. I use the PIN option for logging in and having black numbers on a dark blue background is not user friendly. Lighter background, please.
Most of the app is easy and convenient. I like having various notifications. I hate the COVID info and reminders every time I log in. At least give users the options of turning any type of notifications on/off.
I get stuck on application form. Very frustrating. Although you may not receive info to complete my application, I still very much would like for you to have my info. Would like to receive as much as possible. Times are so tough. Thank You!!
I absolutely love the app and love that I can talk to the doctor and nurse via the app along with my physical therapist. Especially in times like now when I don't have a voice due to a bad virus.
Love that I am able to see all my medical records doctor note and leters, and schedule appointments all from one place. Also love that it has all my medications in one spot and that I'm able to check in for doctor appointments and everything...
This app is so very simple, even for someone like me who is not computer smart. One of the easiest apps! Thank y'all for making it so easy to use.
Fluid system that allows easy communication between patient and provider. Usually hear back within 24 hours and the notifications are amazing!
It's been easily accessible for me. I have been able to view documents I need, find what I need through app with the helpful layout. There have been no errors from doctor-to-app when I have been using it. Although, I wish it was a little easier to request an appointment. I'm not sure there are categories for certain concerns that I have.
It's a nice enough LOOKING app, but when I try to schedule a doctor's appointment it schedules one for covid vaccine booster instead. Also, for some reason it doesn't offer my location or doctor as a choice. Frustrating.
Black keypad on a dark blue background is EXTREMELY hard to see. You should give users the OPTION of changing BACKGROUND color or KEYPAD color
My experience with this app has been very helpful. It has all the bells an wishes, paperless billing, notifications, checking from your app, and you have a quick way to message your doctor with any questions about your test results you get back on the app as well.
This is one of the worst sites I have ever had to work with in spite of tryin to login with help from the support team.
I am not able to enter corrected info in all areas. Example: Covid vaccine status. Unable to correct.
Everything has been okay with this app until today. Cannot open app, it keeps crashing. Never had this issue until today when I received a notification that I had a message. Hope this gets fixed. Only other issue I have had has not been too problematic. I cannot seem to update screenings that I have had done. It keeps telling me they are overdue even though I have had the appts taken care of.
Can't log in and only way to log in is to say forgot my password! HAS BEEN this way for 2- 3 weeks Can't send email to anyone!
The app is very usable except for notifications. I have had a request to update my personel information for a couple of months. I have edited/added info and saved changes two times and it doesn't go away. Also there should be a way to update vaccine status. I have taken my vaccination card into my dr. office to have them scan it (as I wasn't able to get a vaccine/booster in a timely manner with them). I'm not sure there is any link for it between the portal; should be since all my meds are on it
Being able to review lab results as soon as I can on this app is really great. I can compare prior results also. I can send messages to my doctor and get responses. To have all my medical history on my phone is amazing.
I love this app and being able to go into my patient portal helps me so much. There are times it's not perfect but the people I believe are working very hard to make it easy to use an accurate , what is so nice is to be able to pay my copay plus sign in for appointments so I don't have to spend the time in waiting rooms. My Thanks for everyone involved !
Love this application! I can meet with ALL of my doctors using this app, and my test results, and any of my medical information is easily accessed from a very safe place. I have never, ever had any problems at all. Love that you can see your doctors virually now! Saves time, gas and time away from work. Thanks so much for this option! Just makes life so much easier!!
app is easy to use,you get messages when youre due for all kinds of things such as shots yearly exams etc., can view bills, test results! As a person with many health issues its a life saver!
I would give more stars, but there are sections it gives me server errors and won't let me into. Things that I need access to, like letters. It is extremely frustrating.
Great to navigate, super useful. I rely entirely on this portal for my touchpoints between visits, for setting up appointments, tracking lab results and oodles of medical conditions.
I'm a fairly new patient. The staff is very helpful and accommodating!
No option available to download my test results as pdf files. Major negative problem.
Recent changes to the app are very nice. Btw, the app icon in the store is different from what is shown for the app on my phone. Developer should probably update them to match...so users aren't concerned about security.
Unable to pay my bill. My info got messed up during the last update, and now I can't access my account, or change my password because the system is buggy, and when I called, the guy did not want to help unlock my account, so he gave me a number which is not open on Saturdays. If QA did what they're paid to do, they would fix these bugs.
Good for the most part but its telling me in due for a flu shot and don't let me delete the notification when I already got it. Also isn't letting me pay my bill anymore. Keeps telling me there's a system error.
This app sucks! Never works, more trouble than any apps I have ever used!!!
This app is horrible it does not allow you to do the things it advertizes. There is no way to contact my care team, renew prescriptions or schedule appts. We can't believe our doctors office when to this. It is awful
Very convenient. I definitely like being able to access all of my information All In one place. And being able to contact my personal team of doctors right through this app is a definite plus. And when I see a new physician and I have to fill out new patient paperwork most of the information I need can B retrieve from this app especially my medication list.
