Update: The fingerprint login is fixed now. Thanks to their developers for the prompt response and correction. Original: The app is so buggy since Ballad added their branding. Among other things, fingerprint login no longer works. In reply to the Ballad Health question, yes, this issue is still occurring as of 12 Nov. 2020 for myself and everyone I know who uses the app on any android device.
I am having the same issue it seems. I try to login and the app just acts like it's loading with a pop-up that says "please wait" but it never loads. Going to try to uninstall/install again. The app used to work great.
It's very helpful to have this information readily at hand. Especially when dealing with multiple medical issues and doctors, like i am. Makes filling out paperwork for new doctors much easier. It's easy to navigate, as well.
I could not find dr notes. There is a link saying go to visit but when I go to the linked page there is not a visits link to click. I understand needing to use another link to navigate the system but this is one error that has been specific for this site since the start. The link should go somewhere. This would really help. Thank you.
Cannot log in, I have created an account but when I goto log in it says my password or id is incorrect i go to change it or see the ID it says its sent an email to the account on record,, I have received no email on multiple occasions I've tried, i can't get assistance i can't use the sight or app that I've downloaded I'm to the point of angry.
My rating has gone from 3 to 2. I'm still not able to view my appointments, past or future, and now I have to log in using my web browser or call the office to schedule an appointment. The developers have known about this issue for several months, but nothing has been done except to keep removing features.
Using it between physicals it's not friendly about getting logged in. Trying to go through procedure after forgetting code, password etc just too big a headache. I'll do without it!
I don't understand why I can't put my password in directly. I have to always press forgot my password, get a code, and then get into the app. It's extremely annoying.
WON'T LET ME LOGIN. I'VE TRIED TIME AND TIME AGAIN AND IT KEEPS SAYING WRONG USERNAME OR PASSWORD!!! WELL I TRIED OR WAS GOING TO TRY RESETTING MY PASSWORD BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO TO MY EMAIL FOR A CODE TO PUT IN....I HAVE TO GO RIGHT BACK AND START OVER AGAIN AND THEN I HAD TO GO THROUGH EVERYTHING I JUST DID!!!! VERY ANNOYING!!!! IT USED TO WORK GREAT AND NOW I CAN'T EVEN GET INTO MY CHART TO SEE IT!!!! I'M TO THE POINT OF UNISTALLING THIS APP!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Nothing in my chart is updated. I'm sorry but I'm highly disappointed in the quality of this service! It is pretty much useless for me to even sign in to it.
Says my account is deactivated. I'm not sure why. This is how I get my appointments. Please help me fix this!! I've deleted it and re-installed and it's the same thing.
After playing tag with this app's security feature of sending a code by email, I am greeted by a blank screen that never loads anything.
The fingerprint access does not work I have to type my password in everytime I log in. It worked a few times then just stopped
When you go to get the access code and go back to login, it's gone and you have to start over! Can't get to app!
It's really good about looking up test results and keeping up with appointments. I'm so glad I got the app.
This app is not reliable at sign in. When I put in my password I am automatically kicked back of the system.
So far they have kept all my stuff updated. I also like being able to go back and look at my health records as needed
Please fix it when we look at our messages or tests results that it dont take us back to the login area. And we have to sign back in again.
Isn't updated as far as procedures. I really don't understand why sending test results without explanation.
Love this app. I get test results quickly and all appointments are here to remind me.
Love how I can get test results even before I see the doctor. And reminders about upcoming app.and test that are overdue.
Keeps saying not connecting to the server, even after trying to call IT DEP in aubmc 😢 but still not working 👎
You used to be able to schedule your own appointments through the app. Now scheduling doctor appointments has been replaced by a 'request an appointment' function with two options, virtual urgent care and e-visit. No more making and managing appointments with my regular ballad health providers, that is gone. I guess it will still be useful for test results, but this is a major step backwards for me that I have to start scheduling by phoning the receptionists again.
