This App is ridiculously hard to get into if you've forgotten or lost your log in info. I don't know one human on earth that would want access to MY child's health info EXCEPT for me.
The log in for the my chart website is different then the app. Called and spoke with someone and what could have been a 2 min conversation was 20.
I cannot sign in on the app, but I can on the web page. Makes no sense. Uninstalled it.p
it currently has been given me issues...not opening, not allowing me to sign in, freezing.
MyChart by Epic is superior. You'll have access to your children's upcoming appointments, shot records and you can even schedule doctor visits. This myChidrens app is a little scammy because you have to put in your child's information and it doesn't provide access to your appointments.
I have a my chart account. Does not recognize userid.. (it is not email address)
Cant sign in sometimes but this app is grate for everything u need
Does not accept same log in as online account or link children already on account.

For those of you giving bad reviews maybe you should read what the application provides before you start complaining about what you can't find in the application
I installed this app so I could check appointments and prescriptions like on other hospitals My Charts apps. Apparently it does neither making it nearly useless.
Love how user friendly this app is to navigate. I'll use this often for my family and friends.
Much improved but cannot see msg body. Love the fingerprint implementation and the ease of use. Only one issue: I can see the titles of messages, but not the bodies. If I reply, I can see the body but that doesn't work for msgs for which replies have been disabled.
