The app is truly an embarrassing and frustrating representation of what is supposed to be a top notch hospital. The app is basically a website with an app widget. It is not even optimized for mobile. Takes a really long time to click between screens. Gives no (for very little) indication if it has recognized you clicking a button or not, so you end up clicking and clicking. Has no app notifications to indicate new messages. And no indicators in the app to show where to find the new message/appt.

This app was working well and then all of a sudden when I tap on it to open it, the app goes to a white screen with the logo and won't load. The only way it opens is if I go to the install page on Google play and hit open.

The content runs off the edge of the screen and is sometimes not scrollable or zoomable. Since the content wouldn't show on the screen I had to go to the website where it worked fine.

It's literally a web wrapper...you get the same experience from the website in a browser. The app brings literally nothing useful...it's a glorified shortcut.

This portal just seems difficult other medical portals I could easily conduct what I needed to do. Here I cant even find where I could request refill on meds.

i love this app and having easy access to my familes medical records as well as easy appointment reminders and notes between the doctor and myself or prescription refills great job thanks

All of my children appts, doctors, refills and general questions are right there I really do appreciate it as mom on the go.

Used to work great. Now it won't even open.

Should be able to have persistent logins
