Either the app or personnel behind the scenes are been miscehvious. On the health section I sent in documents over and over again they claim they see it & have it but they keep sending me emails stating they need more documentation. On dependent care section they claim they don't have uploaded documents. The same documents was sent by email with an auto receipt email received but the rep claims they didn't receive it. The company is either overwhelmed or personally incompetent. Horrible company
Confusing, and very manual. Doesnt really add much to helping navigate already confusing health services
Very convenient, I have mobile access to view my account, address discrepancies and upload documents via my mobile phone.
My employer just switched over to using this company. Seems like hot garbage. Cant log in to the app using any credentials. Get access code and errors out qhen setting up a pin. Force close app and it asks for fingerprint which was never enable or setup.
App will not accept PIN. When I try to rest it, it will not accept it. Nother way to access information.
This app is pitiful. It does nothing more than show the website in a window. Completely unnecessary and adds another layer of navigation complexity. Also the permissions requested are a privacy nightmare. It runs in the background on startup, can record audio, take pictures, read your files and pictures, your call information, and download all files without any notification. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Every time I try to register for the app I get an error code. It's been happening for months.

Little bit difficult to navigate. FSA ad not clear, really didn't know it was a ad.
Very recent app, but so far, easy and intuitive to use. It's a good thing that, to activate this app, you must follow strong security settings. All benefits are explained and it's easy to do updates on the phone directly. Cards and ID's accessible, it's a must in case you dont have'em on hand. Recommended.
Couldn't even get in. For some reason after entering the access code it locked up on the pin creation.
The app crashed. When trying to log back in it says in valid access code. Requesting a new access code did not fix this issue. App is unusable at this point. Based on other comments this doesn't appear to be an isolated event. Edit: The app has been updated and now works as advertised.
Unresponsive and terrible UI. The ask Sofia button is located in a position to where if your using the messaging service to contact a provider or anything, It makes typing or seeing what your typing near impossible. The app just stalls when you try to change pages or load anything. What should make things easier. Just makes things frustrating. I'd rather call...
App is USELESS. Too many error messages, then... After FINALLY being able to register for a new account, you can't even log in because you either get a different error message or "wrong username/password" message. It's frustrating and I really wish the employer would've just stayed with the previous company we had for our FSA. Also, logging in from a desktop using their website is useless as well. "Business Solver/MyChoice" isn't solving any problems and certainly wasn't my choice. Garbage.

Repeatedly failed to load 2 different id cards (front or back). Shows no benefit info, though it has my personal info and the plans to which I subscribe. Stated functionality would be helpful, if it displayed. Uncertain why I am experiencing a problem while others have successfully used the app. Will retry tomorrow. Maybe weather related wifi issue is impacting card loading. But does not explain why benefits not showing.
Didn't work the first time I used it. I tried several steps to fix, but nothing helped. Support staff reached out quickly and it is now working. The fix suggested was actually something I had already done. I think it just took some time (2 days) for my account to get set in their system.
Just added this to my phone with my access code but it crashes 9/10 times opening before I can get in. Not sure how well it actually works as there's very little information with in at this time I can see before crashing again. Please fix. I'm using an android. Not sure if that makes a difference.
Horrible! Not one access code has worked. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. No help. After giving a one star review, I received notice that the app was having system problems and has been corrected. The access code worked great the first time I tried it this morning. :) Upgrading to 3 stars until I use the app for a while.
People actually can use this ? It really doesn't work. It stops and closes before I can do anything at all ! I would be at a loss if I had to depend on phone app stuff. Printed cards it is then. What garbage.

Stopped working on Samsung galaxy note8 and won't even show up in playstore No notice or anything Just simply stopped working around end of November
Keeps crashing, will not accept the access code. It accepted it once, then crashed, and asking for it again. Tried 4 times. Keeps crashing after either accepting the code or it will cycle and cycle and will not accept code, and I have to restart all over again.
Try to get password reset. Click on get access code. Nothing happens. Very frustrating. I hate these stupid apps. It is so much work when you forget your fifth password because you have to keep changing it because you have too many passwords. Then the app doesn't work right.
App crashes about 95% of the time when opened, the other 5% allows it to open but the access code doesn't work. It doesn't matter how many times I get a new code, says it wrong. This app is garbage.
App did not work. Put the access code in from my employer then it asked for pin set up. Typed pin in and it gave error message. Tried with new access code and still could not get passed pin set up. Never able to access the app so I deleted it

It will not let me log in. Plus I try to get an access code and can't get that either
Pointless. You have to get a security code just to log in yet you get 0 helpful information. You have to manually upload your cards into it. What's the point of that It should automatically have them. Utterly useless app
Trying to set up the app for the first time has led to me being locked out of it. Couldn't log in using my credentials, used the access code instead at which point the app errored out when setting up my pin and now requests a fingerprint which I haven't set up yet.
