Worst 1st time experience. Firstly, the booking is done and got a call from the customer care that the car isn't available so we have to cancel the booking. secondly, the refund is scheduled for 3-4 working days. if the car isn't available for delivery then why the heck is it listed on the Mychoize app!? Such an inconvenience for people coming outside the city on schedule work. Book at your own expense if you want to face great inconvenience.

Bad experience. Overpriced. They took booking and after payment they asked for 4 documents. And threatening to cancel booking if not done as said. I cancelled it and it cost me 448 bucks to not use their vehicle. While other app offered 50% less price to take booking.

Worst experience. 1. Vehicle was given without pollution control certificate and i had to take one. It's refund still pending after multiple confirmations. 2. I forgot my glass inside car. It went missing after delivery and they were not ready to show cctv or they didn't give car delivery guy's number. 3. Their employees are the worst. They won't respond at all.

The developer asked me to update to the latest version. My review already said I'm on the latest version and still face issues. The issue isn't for every city. Also, for some city, I'm not able to get past selecting dates. Kindly check and fix this. The developers are causing a huge loss to My choice business by overlooking bugs that have been reported several times.

I recently start using this app.It's to easy to use any make easier to our trips, tours and travel. You can book a variety of cars according to number of people's.

Extremely disappointed with the service and the car provided. 1. I hired a Maruti Brezza (monthly subscription) was promised a good conditioned car.I got a 3 year old car with lots of scratches and dents. 2. The car had a major problem with the security system sensors and the alarm suddenly went off atleast 25 times at random times within the month(even at midnight) . Called the 24/7 helpline, but would only receive false assurances of getting it fixed next day. WILL NEVER TRY MYCHOIZE AGAIN.

Pathetic experience. Booked a car for 4 days. Online registration they asked for PAN only. Then when the payment was made and booking was confirmed they started asking for copies of driving licence and aadhaar. We provided that as well. Then after many hours they told that we should again send docs. I requested them that we have to travel early morning and we will show docs at the time of collecting car but they didn't oblige. Had to cancel and pay cancellation charges of 3500 bucks.

Worst experience ₹4500 free money donation.my Brother Just booked car but requested to cancel after an hour due to un available of hard copy of licensce due to him being outstation . No matter how much we requested but they were adamant and cut one day charge. We didnt even see car but payed heavy price. They charge high deposit as well, Very rude definately Zoomcar would not have charged like that. Very bad customer experience . We were ready to pay even ₹ 500 for our mistake But no use.

The reservation service (via email) was perfect, The car was very good and did not consume much gasoline. This is the best car rental in India and best for long weekend gateways . Excellent value for money.

Very very bad experience.... It's very very bad app I lose my money....... I have been annoyed for a month now ... but my money has not been returned to me yet..and these people never give me a call or reply. I advise you all not to use this app

If your service is not available in Tirupati, why u popped up in Google while I searched for "Selfdrive in Tirupati". Unnecessary download and signup tooo before u need to ask to choose for city selection.

Worst experience every had with car rental while booking nothing is required so that you can take the payment then after booking you ask for documents and if that is not available you ask to cancel the booking and cancellation charges is also deducted. Why don't you keep everything transparent ask for the documents first then allow the payment. Very disappointed with the service.

have been trying to get in touch with cust care but no one is picking calls. Personal delivering the vehicle was very rude and tried to scam me for more money. Asked me to pay 300+gst compulsory charges for covid. I requested for a carrier. it was not available yet I have been charged for it. absolutely infuriating. Had few scratches on the bumper. He complained that there are dents and tried to take full payment for the bumper. No option to file complaint on app. My last review was deleted 😡

While I have installed the latest version of the app but still whenever I am trying to open this app, it is showing - please install the latest version. Buggy application, not allowing me to use the App. As already mentioned, I am already having the lateys version of the App. No uodate is pending but still while opening the App. It is showing to update the app.
