Another forced app. The website uses ActiveX like we're still in the 1990s, so it doesn't work with any modern system. The app is blocked from installing on Chromebooks which support any other Android apps. They just need a modern, functional website which would render this app completely useless.
Needs work, there is a constant push to use the app however finding useful features are difficult. Why have some tile about acne for a small child (to boot there is an error message when you click on it)? Also messages instructed to use the app to reschedule appointments however it won't allow it.
As the mother of a child who goes to chop a lot, this app is such an amazing thing to have!! It reminds us of our appointment andets us pre-check in!
Easy to maneuver through everything. The only thing I don't like is right now you can't make an appointment online you have to call in
This is the best app to have for your children's Doctors papers to keep them all together.
Love it! I love that I can speak with my son's doctor directly instead of calling and speaking to a doctor on call at the time.
Staff is very courteous and skilled.
From start to finish CHOP was amazing. We flew out for the best heart surgeon for our son and we got exactly that. Everything and everyone at CHOP was amazing. Dr.Chen exceeded our expectations. The hospital was extremly clean and safe and all the free services for families including laundry service was extremly helpful.

App is helpful for specific issues. But support is TERRIBLE. You can NEVER speak directly to a tech support person. I went around and around when I was trying to get permissions for our special needs daughter because I'm her legal guardian. Also, CHOP provides medical care for some of the sickest kids and most complicated case in the world. We need to be able to talk to a provider rather than just to see test results or to send a message. I realize that's old fashioned. But technology doesn't make everything better when the subjects are human beings trying to cope with difficult and serious health problems. Bigger and efficient is not always better. Institutions need to remember that people are not always best served by just providing information. They require humanity.
