As others have mentioned in their reviews, app won't log you in even when the same credentials work on the site. Error message: "Info Doesn't match Please recheck the information you entered..." I'm using a password manager so I know it's not a problem with the credentials being entered incorrectly. Also, this is on a brand new S22 Ultra so I don't think it's because I need to clear anything.
What a USELESS, PATHETIC, IDIOTIC, WORTHLESS app!! Why is it so hard for you guys to make a app that ACTUALLY works???? I can't login because the app FREEZES after I submit my login information EVERY TIME. It sits on a white screen with the Cigna logo for 5 minutes, then I get a pop up saying the app is frozen and needs to be forced closed. I can't ever get past that no matter what I do. I've uninstalled, restarted my phone, deleted the app cache and memory. SO ANNOYING AND FRUSTRATING.
It does not properly sync with MyFitnessPal, not sure why but I also can't contact anyone on their site about it. I used my exercise bike four times yesterday, biked over 13 miles total, plus have done around 6-7/day for weeks before that, & none of it shows up at mycigna, despite having linked it with MFP. The bike is hooked up to Mycloudfitness --> synced to google fit --> synced to MFP. Wish it actually worked or synced with Google Fit, weird that they don't sync with Google Fit also.
This app looks like it does not support fingerprint recognition, and will not save your login credentials. If you use this app on your phone, good luck using this app securely if this is the case - unless you can walk around with your secure password in your head. If not, I'd skip this app and just use their website- this app is useless if this is the case.
App doesn't work. Every time I go to log in, it freezes and then stops responding. Tested on multiple Android devices with the same results
My login credentials work maybe 10% of the time. Credentials have been the same since I signed up for Cigna and I can log into the browser. App is pretty good when I can actually use it (which is rare)
The app does not work. It requires a 2 step login with a pin sent to phone which is only good for ten mins. I tried 3 times. The three pins came 30 mins later, all at once. My texts were In working order. It's rubbish. Uninstalling.
The app won't let you login because it says the credentials don't match. Yes, I know the credentials are accurate. No, I do not want to reset my password every time to log in.
Can't even log in. Everytime I try to log in it says my password is wrong. Even after immediately charging the password. But when I use the online line site which uses the same login creditintials I can get in just fine. Don't waste your time downloading this app.
I have used the Cigna App for 5 years. For the past month it keeps telling me my credentials do not match yet I can log in just fine online. There is an issue with the app. I have changed my password just to make sure. Same issue - can't log in on the app but can log in online just fine.
Unable to login. They made it so difficult to login too many security steps that locked you out of your own account. It gives you a phone number to call so that you can log in. Are you serious what's the point of the app. If I need to call a phone number. What if I'm unable to speak.
Installed the app and tried to log in with my credentials. It keeps saying info does not match. Even though I'm able to log in with the same credentials online. Called customer service to resolve the issue and they said everything looks fine. They suggested I close all other apps and delete browser history. Still did not work. Then they suggested to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Still the same issue. Finally, they said to restart the phone. Tried that and still cannot log in. I'm done.
I don't have a choice in using the app, but the navigation is horrible. If you go BACK from a providers profile, it takes you back to the home screen, so you have to start your search all over. Also, after doing that 4 times, actively using it, the app said I was logged out due to inactivity. Huh? The app development reflects no quality assurance.
This app is trash. Login issues. Change the password, and still issues. Call the inept customer service, and still issues. If we had a choice, it would definitely not be with Cigna.
Worthless app. Not very intuitive at all. If you can manage somehow to miraculously get logged in. The deductible and maximum function does absolutely nothing, it keeps in saying login required when I'm already logged in.
Update to previous review: Reinstalling the app has fixed the incessant crashes on login. The app is still basically a very limited version of Cigna's website and you can't file a claim or access your HSA (I can't even find a link to the HSA portal, only can check my balance). Looking up a doctor is nearly impossible thanks to crashes, and half the information on the provider directory is out of date.
Like everyone else it won't let u log in saying wrong credentials. Works on laptop or website not on app. Reset via app and again says login info doesn't match. Horrible horrible app, can't even access anything.
MyCigna app is broken on Android. There is a big issue with app. I've contacted their support and it seems they're just ignoring the issue and compromising with customers info. App keep asking to change password and that's done it doesn't work and prompts to create a new password and on and on. Customers are better off using the website instead of the app
AWFUL!!! This app is useless, there is no point in updating since....guess what, it STILL doesn't work. And please don't respond with generic...Please send email to support. Cuz its just a bot that gets me no where. 👎
I updated the app Mar 25, now I try to pull it up and it requires me to update. There is no update available. I've uninstalled the app and it still pops up that it needs an update. I can not get past the pop up. So frustrating.
Doesn't even let you login anymore! Logged in fine the first time, now giving me error message. Called Cigna and they said to uninstall and reinstally. After uninstalling, restarting my phone, and installing again I have the same issue. Login works with no issue on desktop site.
This app is the worst health insurance app I have ever used....or attempted to use. It won't let me login and keeps saying that the credentials don't match. However, they are the exact same credentials I use to login to the MyCigna website on my laptop which works just fine. Been trying on and off since Oct. 2021 to get it to work, but no dice. Absolutely ridiculous!
App is completely useless. Can't log in, and I was displayed the error message "You've tried to log in 5 times, unsuccessfully. You're username has been disabled. Contact customer service." I literally just downloaded the app. Customer service rep was extremely friendly, but told me to log in via a browser as the app is having issues. That's pretty unacceptable folks. Fix the app.
