Abosolutely Uselsss The app and the website cannot load after constant reboots.
Buggy app... Menus close themselves and messages cannot be loaded
Unintuitive interface. In addition, current version doesn't allow calling the doctor's phone number from inside the app. Also doesn't allow screenshots or copy+pasting which means you have to manually record the doctor's details yourself. Have fun remembering the clinic's address as there is no integration with any maps apps.
This app is pure trash. As a matter of fact, it is only a container around the actual mobile website. Therefore, every time you open the app, you have to login again. It's so stupid it doesn't remember the user login. The outpatient search function is also useless. Many doctors' addresses are wrong, and some don't even accept Cigna. It's totally NOT an elderly-friendly app. Cigna does not issue a physical card any more so you have to call them up and ask them to mail you one. 0 star.
Terrible app. Can't store login details, and continually comes up with "The page you are looking for can not be found" unless you close the app several times. Not very user friendly...
Very slow, poorly designed app with regular bugs and issues. Not a positive customer experience that reflects negatively on the service the company provides.
Just won't work for everything. I won't even call it an app as what you could find inside is just the mobile site. Other companies did a much better job.
switchboard always malfunction. takes me to a blank page whenever I try to log in. painstakingly slow and layout is poorly executed... how did this pass management ? how is the recommended app to use to “ease” us in data input from the Cigna party?
Log me out when I look at another app then can't log back in saying all my account information is wrong. No one can help because it is a Saturday. Very poor customer experience.
Clunky. App doesn't remember login details, and a claim I submitted via the app has disappeared from the system so I have to re-submit the claim.
An appalling app. Quite possibly one of the worst apps I've ever used. It is slow, it is clumsy and doesn't work properly. A disgrace.
Slow app. Takes forever to load.. use Bupa instead . Their app is a lot faster. It is a pain to claim insurance with this app
After successfully purchased the product, I had been informed to register this app. But couldn't register at all.

Totally rubbish! Cannot submit claim, just wait wait and wait. It cannot load into the page.
Redirected to website only pretty useless and after submitting claim can see no records pls fix!
Great app with useful features!
"the page you're looking for cannot be found" ... I mean. It's the app's first page so it would be nice if you could find it. Pressing back just leaves the app, too. It basically NEVER works properly and loads the first time. It can be slightly unclear about which doctors at a certain place are panel. Can't screenshot either so you have to go low-tech and write down the details for some reason.
