This all was great when it just relesed but now everything is old and out dated and sceduals dont match real times anymore. Please update the app. Its really usefull to us commuters <3
Apparently my phone doesn't have NFC which doesn't make sense because its top of the range phone. You be should allowed to put the card details in manually if this NFC scanner doesn't work.
App is apparently "unofficial" and definitely out of date with times and routes. No service alerts. Have to follow on Twitter for updates.
I use to be able to scan my cards to check the balance using NFC. Nowadays, the app doesn't respond
App needs to be updated with new routes & schedules. Completely useless at the moment.
The apps need to get a update for the mamre routes the times is not the same as the actual time the busses arrive

There has been update to the 103 & 104 Routes valid from the 27 October 2018 please update the app.
The NFC thing is a proper inconvenience. Why can't I manually my card in? Need to see my balance regularly

Why can't it calculate the fares?? It's saying everything costs R0 which is obviously not true and I'm in desperate need of the actual cost.

PLEASE fix 230 schedule. Bus route does not end at Waldeck. It follows a one way route in Duinefontein and there is no option to view return routes. All stations after Waldeck have no idea when bus to Melkbosstrand is due.
I have a note3 and my myciti card dont wanna scan can please fix that issue

Would be great if the app had access to the busses GPS so that it could give arrival times with to the minute accuracy. The timetable I can see on the bus stop. It's great however to be able to check your cards balance!
Good app for mycity users but please FIX the card scanning function and points system and transaction history. It STILL doesn't reflect my last few trips and showing my wife's balance at full which is impossible cos we traveled together. Needs that attention otherwise it's a good app I would recommend.
