Pointless. Unlike many here, I can log in. However, it doesn't show me any information regarding my claim. Medical appointments aren't shown, results of said appointments aren't shown. It's a waste of time promoting an app if your employees don't update it.
Update...i am giving the app 1 star as i have uploaded pics of damage and no response in the app and i have messaged the solicitor in the app and no response. Do not ask people to download the app when nobody has the courtesy of replying to anything sent from within the app. The App also logs itself out and you have to keep logging back in which is very frustrating. Not really customer friendly is it? I may aswell delete the app.
Not good at all. When you enter ypur password you need to deselect the caps lock if your password isn't starting with a capitol. It knew my user email and password got the green tick then it crashes and force closes. Just use the online portal...
Terrible. Logged in, App stopped, tried multiple times. Similar to the company's service. Shocking. Would give it zero if I could.
You cannot log in and even if you changed your password or use correct one - it will crash. So, uninstalling.

After is show me negotiate on the app... I tried to login in and it came with messages of season expired

Spectacularly useless
Terrible. It worked well to start with but I have no way of accessing it now. It wont let me log in at all. I've tried re installing the app, resetting my password lots of times but I dont receive the email to enable me to do this.
