Trying to file a claim should never be this difficult!!! Your customer hit me. This link and the app doesn't work!!! Get an attorney, this is Ghetto!!!!! Too frustrating 1 month later. Gets more ridiculous. Don't waste time or money with this company. I was hit by their driver 3 weeks ago and we still haven't settled on my vehicle yet. We still haven't discussed my medical bills or anything else. Their system can't receive pictures. How convenient¿¿¿ Their adjuster is rude and unprofessional.
Just downloaded and am told the app is out of date and needs to update. There is no way to update. Not a great start.
It said right off it need update when there is no way your app s××× you need to fix it this is stupid when you have more people complaining about the app and you responded and still haven't fix the issues shows how much you care you don't

DON'T BOTHER UNTIL APP IS UPDATED: There's no link (previously) provided to connect to the app. The app doesn't recognize the phone number nor email associated with the claim. Auto response for reviews from their C/S is not helpful. IT Dept needs to revisit the app setup. Thanks 👍🏼
