I came to get answers, They told me they're in my chart yes they are but nobody explained any of the results. I was told they go over them at next visit. I don't know about any of you but I shouldn't have to wait 3 months to go over my reports, I read them but I only know English not their language. It was a very disappointing trip I went home with no answers, I messaged them but hardly got any response. I asked them to send to my primary Doctor they only got GI reports. Very unprofessional.
Since "UPDATED" I can't login! Thanks!!! You have effectively screwed me out of getting to my medical info through this process!! Your "APP" SUCKS!! I have to use my computer to login via the website download because you guys went and updated the app with some screwy script that don't compute!! Again thanks!!
Ever since updating app I am not able to log in. The app opens, but whenever I try to open the login info it crashes. I've tried reinstalling and no success.
Since one of the latest updates, the app will pop up randomly asking me to log back in (occurs when open in background). It is maddening. I will be typing a message and suddenly I'm pressing MyChart buttons. PKEASE fix this.
Would be great if it keeps on the page and don't keep saying something went wrong and error
Can not get phone or in person appointments with primary doctor for over one month. Some appointments with my regular doctors over 5 months.
Issues opening app since the update...it not letting me log on
Doesn't show upcoming appointments using wifi but it's overall a great app to have
App is buggy. Pre-checkin unreliable in getting you through the flow. Video appts require a Dom to be complete, but app doesn't always work and Clinic staff couldn't care less. Your appointment just gets canceled. So disappointing from an alleged medical leader.
It only connects to the site. Might as well use the web. Things that are new or pending aren't always easy to find. Uninstalled.
Absolutely the worst experience, been next in line over an hour wait and then got canceled and have been next in line for over an hour again. I'd recommend going elsewhere.
It's ok but you have to connect to MyChart every time you open the app so it's easier to just connect to MyChart on the web than waste time opening this app.
Extremely helpful and useful app, all in one allows message, appointment schedule, and history in one location without having to call the Doc!
This app is utter garbage. I literally cannot do a virtual visit because the credit card form is broken. It repeatedly tells me "invalid info" without telling me what CC info is invalid. It also wants a 4 digit CVV code, which isn't actually a thing. This is unacceptable for an org with the resources of Cleveland Clinic.

The app is very convenient and easy to navigate. Every one is very kind and pleasant at the office. if you need a Dr. this is the place to go.
I have reset my lassword multiple times and have never been able to syccessfully log in. Would love to pay my bill but I guess I will wait until they send me to collections for $20.
Much easier to get a hold of somebody this way rather than calling in and trying to talk to them. Quicker responses this way, and it's nice being able to see your records.
Have no problems logging in from home laptop. However, have NEVER been successful on logging on via this app.
I was in need of medical assistance on Friday & sought an On Demand Physician about an eye cyst that appeared it was about to burst & was starting to feel discomfort in my eye. The doctor that saw me told me to apply a warm compress to my eye & he was sending in a prescription for eye ointment. He never sent in the prescription & he never updated My Chart but they got the $65 cost. I had to seek medical assistance with a different provider & had to encur another payment due to a green discharge
This app is about as helpful as the Cleveland clinic itself. I want people to be very careful they continue to use Cleveland clinic services. I know multiple people, myself included, that have had their insurance billed incorrectly costing the patients thousands of dollars. When contacting customer care they did nothing, valuing the reputation of their doctors over the health and safety of their patients. Please be diligent and aware when using their services
The only problem I have is that when it says you have messages in your in box they don't give any indication what messages are unread so you would think it would be resent ones but not true.
What a fresh health information interface! That mobile MyChart convenience works well enough through the app, and it has everything I need ✔️📋

Always up to date right away, reminders come through on time, etc. I love it!

When the on-demand virtual visits app first came out it was great I used it relatively frequently. Once they switched to this I've never been able to get the virtual visits to work. I can't even start the process.
