Terrible, just the worst. Can't create account because it shuts down before you can enter a password and you can't start over.
Updating to see if it still sucks. I have to do everything online, because I can't talk verbally, a lot.
Up until today, the app has worked great. Yeah it takes a while to log in to check my balance, but otherwise it's made keeping track of my benefits and uploading documents so much easier. Today it keeps telling me that there's an update, yet there isn't one and I've tried to uninstall then reinstall, but it hasn't helped. This seriously sucks. I hope it gets resolved soon.
This app does make it convenient and informative. Love the new and improved, easy to use format. I had so many problems with the last one. Thank you programmers.
Can't stand the app and it's always redirecting and giving wrong info. Never updates like it should and I've changed my number and updated it in peak so many times the phone operators know my number by heart but yet they still call me on phone number have or have had in 2 years I don't get it? Not that hard to figure out you would think
Biometric scanning does not work. You set the setting in the app and you still have to enter your password. Fail. - The app takes forever to load! I have a fast phone and a fast tablet that are both are new with the latest CPUs and this app spins at the triangle before opening a ridiculous amount of time for an app in 2021. - The animations are slick. Update 8-8-21 the app now loads and starts up a bit faster. Unfortunately biometric scanning still does not work.
This app has a lot of problems. When you open the hamburger menu at the top left the pop up pane vibrates left and right rapidly - wouldn't surprise me if someone suffers a seizure from it. After you type anything and try to click the submit button, the keyboard disappears (as expected), but the submit buttons move and don't register your click (perhaps the button is activating when your finger is removed from it instead of when you touch it). There no feedback on the app except for reviews.
If it were possible to give less than 1 star, I would do it. This app doesn't open, even after loading 5 separate times. It was supposed to be so great, putting in all ones info on the app and not having to go through driving down and standing in line, but I wasted my time trying to get the damn thing to load properly and it never happened.
This is horrible, the app never works and its a waste of peoples time. You have to always uninstall and reinstall and still it doesnt work.
Website & App never worked for anything properly. We're pushed to use them & expected to read corispondances through them, but I get locked out & the programs forget my password, but if I reset my old password it remembers that it was the password. I think it should not have log in restrictions if it is bugging during log in. Also, links within the app and website rarely work so I can't ever fully navigate any. I don't get the problem. These have been under development for so many years! WTH
Buggy and frustrating. Wouldn't accept my password I had saved through Google, so I reset it. Now it takes me to sign in again, but when I try to log in with my new password it tells me I'm already signed in and to "go back to the open page"... except there is no open page, just the sign in one that pops up when you first open the app. Closing and reopening it does nothing. On top of that, the left side of the screen is flickering like a bad light bulb in a horror movie. Needs serious fixing!
App doesn't work! Can't open app nothing but a blank white screen everytime... even after re-installing the app. Negative stars....
I have never, NOT ONCE been able to log on to my account. It constantly says my password or email are incorrect when they aren't. It's too stressful. I give up!
Provides current, accurate info. Display is well presented without a lot of clutter.
You cannot access anything not even to apply or reapply for benefits, you cannot access anything pertaining to your specific case even if you opted for this app as communications, you cannot add any info regarding your case, you cannot access new information about your case, you cannot see deadline dates for info needing to be added to your case, you cannot access all offered option areas... why bother having the app if it doesn't work for it's intended uses?!?
This app never works. I have to uninstall it so many times. I've had to change my password a few times or more like try to. Finally it let me. After quite a few times trying. And now it gets stuck on loading when I try to sign in. Wth ... its supposed to be easier no? I put 2 stars only because for a small while it was actually working. I never write reviews but I had to.
The app is a tad slow to reach the credential's aaa but it is a working and useful app, I'm not sure why such negative reviews from others and all glad to have it. Colorado is the best place to live and are so nice for paying income tax so that i have $350 every month to eat good food with, thanks so much for allowing me to have what I need. The app updates balance minutes later to reflect balance and I don't see any reason to complain about it. If I'm on mobile network it can take a minute
App worked great until December updates. Last update it did was 12/8/21. A week later it said I needed to update again and it wouldn't take me to the log in page. In Google play it just says pending update. I have been trying to update since early December. I uninstalled it and now it won't even let me reinstall it. It needs to be fixed or just taken off as an app.
The app itself is extremely useful. But logging in takes a long time and the biometric login has not worked for a few weeks now. I waited until the most recent update to write this review, since it was a big update. But that update did not fix the problem. Not matter how many times I change to touch id login, it always switches back to email login. If this were to be fixed, this would be a 5 star app.
Great app for updates about my benefits, Thank you. The downside is the option to login with a user name or pin; I opted for pin but the system errors as if the function is not available and ultimately login with the user name. Additionally, the correspondence option is faulty; although I'm able to see decisions, application renewals, etc. I was not able to submit applications directly to the state thus causing delays in applications and benefits. PEAK website is best for this!
The slow rate of this app is ridiculous but however to access the info you need in order to obtain the information that the state is trying to get across to you this is the easiest app to use. I feel like it's better than going to the internet and viewing your information online it's a quick app you can open and view it's sometimes a little slower than just going online but it's more convenient if that makes any sense.
This app is ok. I changed my email and password. It took the password but is still making me log in with my old email address. I also made a pin to make it easy to log in and it doesn't work! That's a little irritating seems how they provide this shortcut that does not work! Hopefully they're working on that!!!
Although I'm loving the ability to see things in this app, I still can't use the alternative sign-in options. Maybe this is something that needs to be fixed.
This app is a horrible waste of time and data. The idea was great, but this app doesn't work, even after you give it all your info, face detection, and for some reason complete access to your phone. Sketchy at best, if only it worked!
Im not sure what big changes happened with the recent update; but oddly, i have not been able access correspondence, redetermination application, or click on my case menu to get any information. These issues are new, did not have them prior.
So broken. Same with the actual website. It's so bad to the point I switched to mail only. The options menu with the three lines is a photosensitive seizure Hazzard. The case details you can't even get to and it takes forever to update anything
The app is so much easier now that the new stuff was added. It's easy to get things turned in for recertification and verifications. The only thing I am disappointed in is not having the ability to upload more than ONE page. It's a great app and I really appreciate the ease of use.
I have only had the app for about 6 weeks, but from what I have seen it is awesome! I can always check my balances quickly. Also the app recommends how much to spend each week on groceries. It is quite helpful!!
This app was great. Now it sucks. Just read about 30 reviews of people having the same problems I am having. What a waste of time, I am not happy with it and apearantly I am not the only one. I am deleting this garbage app and going back to calling the card. If I have to push a million buttons just to check my balance I might as well just call.
Can't search the FAQ!? This is very basic functionality. Also has no information about Colorado Medicaid benefits, at least from what I can see, but no, I didn't read the entire FAQ. App looks like it's from the 90's at best. Where is our money going?!
