I could not get this app to work. I filled out all of my information and got to a blank, white screen. I gave the app several minutes open to load, and nothing. I restarted the app, entered my info again, and nothing.
Impossible to use anymore. The diary page won't stop "loading" to get anything done, and any symptom I add disappears within a few days and I have to add it again. Infuriating and not at all convenient. Also, to developer who responds: Please don't ask me to email you guys privately. Just fix the app.
so far great app....would be nice if I could delete the meds I will never take so I don't have to go through a long list to find mine. also would be great if we could record sleep and edit an entry if we made a mistake
It was a brilliant app but new update is full of bugs and very temperamental. Keeps uploading demo info or not opening at all. Will be deleting it if not fixed soon.
I am SO EXCITED for the new tweaks to this app! I know the app has been "ticky" during the transition but I hear it will be better than ever! This AMAZING tool has enabled me to SHOW my Dr.s EXACTLY how I am and even made me realize many things myself. It is the best thing that has ever happened to IBD health. A MUST HAVE APP!
The app sounds ideal, but why is there need to give so many details? It's not necessary to have the area you live in, you shouldn't have to give your birthdate (which doesn't let you click on it anyway, making it impossible to get past the first info screen) why not just ask for age? I'm not going to give phone number, email, name and address. It shouldn't even be an option.
Great app, very comprehensive. I do wish that the developers could add more stool colour options or a custom value though.
As others have said, this app doesn't work. After entering my data a blank survey page is shown and after dismissing the page a blank page is shown.
Very good. I have chronic health condition and I like the data this forms that I can show my health team. Easy to use.
Doesn't work. Put in my details on various screens and then goes to a survey page where it's just a blank screen
I previously said that this is a good app. It still is but because of the amount of personal information they require before you can use the app is a big NO from me. I cannot see why they want it.
This requires WAY TOO MUCH personal info just to set up the app. Sorry! No longer interested. I will find a different app.
This app does not work and asks for information that is unnecessary. I uninstalled as it seemed like an unsafe app.

I began the process to sign up, the *required info immediately turned me off... religion is a must? Why? It glitches a lot too

Good app! I would very much like more options on plotting response overtime (I see correlations are coming soon which may help). It has an unwieldy, but functional export function which is essential to what I want to get out of an app like this. Upgrades in these areas would make this an easy 5/5.
