Tried a few collections apps. Think I'll keep this one. UI is a little clunky at times. Sometimes it will erase a word you just typed - usually only one word, so not really a big deal... It's a little difficult to go back into a collection to add a field, but I found if you sync & exit, then go back in to add the field, it works better. I like that, you can COPY a collection or item to eliminate having to recreate it entirely. Nice options for field attributes. Except auto cap which w/b handy.

I collect Disney Pins and Loungefly as well as other Nick nacks. It is so customizable. Extremely. It syncs with a Windows Desktop app but unfortunately not a Mac App. This was the ABSOLUTE perfect database app for what I needed. I cannot say enough good things. Sure there are some things I'd change or add. But just nitpicky things. Thanks developers. There needs to be a better support page to explain all of the options. Because there are ton of options to customize.

Phenomenal app, love it over other Collection apps. Only (2) things I wish would be implemented, is sub-folders (sub-categories) & a way to maneuver any data that you input in a category. For example, if I make a category and put my first entry within in it and do another entry and mess up the order. I gotta delete the one and redo it over instead of being able to move it up or down. Other than that, this app is truly amazing to use.

It works OK. Importing is kind of clunky as you have to import XML files (can't do CSV as far as I can tell), and I found that when I tried to group a list by certain fields, it would often have issues when scrolling where the group header wasn't showing up unless I closed and re-opened another group. It's passable, but not as easy to use as another app I decieded to go with.

This app has no help forums or documentation whatsoever. How do I edit a record after it's been made?? The UI is simple but lacking elegance, looks like it's from the 90s. Not all functions are clear or intuitive and there is no help. The end user experience needs a lot of work. With that said, once I figure out how to use the app, it looks like it's going to be great! Lots of options for sorting. I may try some easier apps before diving into this one though.

This is the best app I have found for cataloging collections. It is very customizable and has been great for my fiance's action figures. I would love it even more if it could scan isbn numbers and capture book descriptions and covers like the app I am using for my books. I haven't been able to get it to scan barcodes at all. Even so, it is a wonderful app and I really appreciate the cloud storage and ability to use on multiple devices.

I really like this app! It's basic and configurable and gives me all I need and more. I like the option of storing my items in the cloud so I can reach the data from multiple devices. I wish there was better doc for this. I started signing on from a new device and got a warning That it would wipe out everything on my original device. I assume no data will be local but am scared to let it delete without knowing for sure after putting so much work into my 3 lists. I exported a backup. 🤞

This app allows a wide range of customizable fields to supplement the given templates. You can also customize the views more than other collector apps I've used and keep them available for different purposes that you can switch when you wish. I'm glad to have explored these features...well worth the time. I will enjoy revisiting my collections and continuing to improve them as I get more ideas. I suggest you give it a try!

Very lacking for things that don't fit one of their standard models which is a problem for something marketed at generic collections. Even something as simple as attaching a picture to an item never worked well. I admit that maybe I didn't understand but honestly it shouldn't be something you have to figure out. Probably a decent app if you're willing to put in the setup and learning time.

Despite being one of the larger apps, it still cannot start up without downloading _something_ from the internet. If you're on a slower connection, this will fail and the app will close. If it's non-functional without broadband, perhaps this should be mentioned in the description. Why are all apps nowadays just web browsers? To be clear: I have no idea if this is a good app or not since it can't/won't load on slow networks ("Cannot to connect to server. unexpected end of stream").

having using this app now for more than a year. I have about 270 items and in diff folders. it is very fast and quick to use cloud syncing happens immediately. also have it on my desktop and they both sync together perfectly. two things that I feel are missing is one is to be able to export to a printer. also to be able to move items from one folder to another. as collections get bigger you start wanting to make different folders to lump like items in different folders.

I have a collection of collections. This app helps me inventory to avoid buying doubles, remember who gave me what, and who I have loaned out to. I love that the colors are customizable. The only thing I don't like is that it is hard to understand some of the settings for the different fields. I wish there was an online guide that was a .little more detailed than what I have found.

As of this review, the app is stable on my Pixel 3a (completely updated). While there is a bit of a learning curve with creating a collection from scratch, the developers (who seem to be very responsive) certainly provide a robust array of options to catalog a personal collection. I'm presently cataloguing my dice collection and while I see room for opportunity, I certainly appreciate the capability of this app. Definitely recommend!

I'm using this app to catalogue my extensive stamp collection. The app has been the easiest to use, modify and organize that I've had the pleasure of coming across. I wish there was a laptop/desktop version. But I use my phone and it's still not complicated. It is user friendly, adaptable and organized in ways I only imagined. I'm very pleased.

After trying out all the apps available by the big guys to inventory sports cards, I ended up liking this one the most. Took quite awhile to set it up to my liking, but so easily customized I was able to set up everything from current value to an automatic profit calculator. Psa and beckett have nothing on this app, it can do everything they can, plus dozens of other things... for free!!

Easy to use and edit, my only gripes are only one picture per item and no search feature. Update: a quick response from the developer solved my two issues! The only other issue that came up was there does not appear to be a way to download or do a file transfer so it can be printed, like for insurance purposes.

App is pretty good overall. Seems to do almost everything I need. I'd love to be able to print my collection data or at least create a .pdf of it. I'd like to be able to copy an entry from one collection to another or create a new collection that includes the entries from the original and not just the field definitions, and I'd like to be able to use an external card for local storage. It would also be nice to bring your own cloud storage to the app, like Google Drive.

Love the flexibility and reliability of this app!! Each collection is a little different and needs to be organized differently. This app is perfect for anyone's collection and their personal needs! It takes a bit to figure it out, but is easy sailing after that.

love this apps so much! no adds, sync between device, keep my collections data and it's totally free!!! Update 09/10: don't know why yest it kick me out from login then after i sync back my records, some of the records i created or modified past few weeks is GONE!!!! Really surprised me and disappointed. Now i dont know which records i have missed and i have to do it over again.

Its the app I've been looking for . I tried lots of different ones...and all i needed to do was catalogue items to make them easier for me to browse them when they are in storage. This one is light and easy. Only prob im finding is that if i want to edit a file i lose the pictures....but im sure theres a way around that....im still a new user....but loving it so far...!!

I've been looking for a decent app for cataloging my rockhounding and beachcombing finds. This app is perfect! Maybe some minor changes to the user interface like adding multiple photos at once instead of one at a time, for example. Otherwise, excellent!

I love this app. It's easy to use. I can enter my items quickly and add a camera shot fast and easy. I'm able to find my item quickly to see what's missing from my collection when I want to make a purchase to add to one of my collections. The listing is simple, clean and easy to see. I actually enjoy entering my items into this app, something I had been dreading before I started using this app.

I use this application for model railway related databases. Stored models and kits (three gauges), model railway books, railway related books, model railway magazine articles and electrical components. You can have as many field as you like and they can be text, number, date, picture, link, rating, calculation and copy plus quite a few other settings. It's easy to set up and you can sync between computer, phone and tablet (Apple and Android). I give it 5 stars as it ticks all the boxes for my.

So far I've been really pleased with this app it has helped me to organize my massive collection of squishmallows so that when I go to a store I can easily check to see if I already have it. I kept buying duplicates because I forgot what I bought before so this has been a huge help. Update 5.3.22: Another issue I found I can't export then import to a new Db in MyCollections. Keep getting error no data. I read directions-not sure what doing wrong. I was trying to merge two into one so not reenter

Great App... BUT can we get an update where we are able to sort... or better, to move/shift records between them?? The same way we are able to move/shift "Fields" in the "Manage" section. That would easily make this app a 10/10

I'd like to say this app is everything I'm looking for, but there appears to be a bug in grouping. If the collection is large enough that you get the "loading.." at the bottom while scrolling, group names for any further categories are not printed, although it is clear they are still grouped. If I enable table headers, these are shown on each group break but there is still no group name being printed. Edit: just installed windows app and it's fine with groups. This only seems to affect android.

This is a Fantastic App, I have just started using and almost done 2 collections, so easy to use and set up, add photos .I now will cover all my collections .I have been looking for an app like this and it is Great. Thank you Developers. I have been using app for a week and still the best app for organizing and saving collection plus other uses. Just one option I wish was easier is to edit an entry.
