The app never provides balance information. Of course, neither does the website. At least, not through my phone.
It keeps crashing and kicks you out when trying to submit reimbursement. Before was good but now it's crashing and closes

Crashes every time I touch a drop down menu. Worthless. It didn't do this in late 2017, so the latest "update" is causing this problem.

This app does exactly what it promises. The interface is a bit clunky and it does not offer the same options to view your account as the web interface, but otherwise it works fine.

App used to work, now it will not log in. Please fix.

This is a very basic app. I can check my account balance and submit one claim at a time for one person on one date. You can't combine claims for different family members or different dates, but for that it works great, very easy to fill out, and you don't have to scan your docs...just click a picture.
Worked fine at first, now all I can do is check balances and alerts. Crashes everytime I chose a date for reimbursements. It was nice when I could submit them through the app but now it just seems pretty worthless if I can't submit reimbursements............
Every time I try to upload a receipt, the app crashes. Tried it on 3 different phones. Same result.

Only works as it should about 20% of the time (or less). Gives error messages and/or fails to submit even when all the info is complete. Mostly useless. PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!! UPDATE 9/13/20: I called Conexis a few months ago to ask when the app would be fixed and was told they were no longer supporting it. Too bad since it was a lot easier to submit claims through the app (when it worked) than it is through the website.
