App won't login or allow you to tap on forgot password. When you do, the app crashes and closes. No way to track our flex account or provide any required receipts.

Very very poorly designed app. I couldn't see claim details beyong transactions on the first page. Took forever to load!

Could not login. Piece of trash
Password and username combination from trust mark website doesn't work. I tried my member ID and my username, and neither worked. Don't understand why they would direct people to an app that no one can actually use. Waste of time.
